Probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Daily cleaning and fresh towels, even the soap bar was changed regularly. Great bathroom and shower with strong water pressure. Extremely friendly owners with lots of tips. Mini market right below, useful to buy water and other stuff without having to carry them far. Great location in Batsi far from the noise of restaurants and bars but very easily walkable. The cafes next to the place serve great breakfast and tasty loukoumades. The hotel breakfast was great value for money, served at the cafe right next door. The beach of Batsi is also in walkable distance but we preferred to explore the island’s beaches.

The mattress was a bit hard for our liking but this is very subjective. The rooms are next to a street, sometimes it can be that a car passes also during the night. With earplugs we could sleep very well every day and were never bothered.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is wonderfully situated, facing the magnificent Gulf of Batsi, and just minutes walking to the restaurants and bars area. From my bed, I could see the sea, which was an incredible experience. The bed linens and towels were of the highest quality, making my stay even more comfortable. The sunset from the balcony was breathtaking, comparable to the ones in Santorini. All the details in the room made me feel comfortable and nothing was missing. They provided all bath toiletries and even towels for the beach. Highly recommend!

The hotel was excellent, it was really clean and beautiful. The room was big, and comfortable. The host, Nicholas and his mother were extremely helpful and kind.

I liked everything.

The location in Batsi is perfect. You are within the town but up a hill overlooking the sea and away from any noise you may hear into the evening at the restaurants and shops. The room we had was well decorated with unique touches and beautiful colors. The owner, Nicholaos is onsite daily along with his wife and son. This is what makes Greece so special: family owned. People who care. Personal touches.

This is probably one of the cleanest and well kept properties I've stayed at. The room was impeccably clean and it had a beautiful balcony. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels were great quality. The bathroom shower was large and had excellent hot water flow. The owner Nicholas was attentive and helped us to get a taxi ride to and from the port. He also had cars available at very good rates. We rented one for 2 days and it was excellent. I highly recommend.

Nicholas is a great host, full of information and suggestions, happy to get you a deal on taxi or car hire. Rooms and common areas are immaculately clean and serviced daily. Powerful enclosed shower, and balconies with views over the bay. Aircon if needed. A small store beneath the apartments, run by the Boss, his mother, caters for most immediate needs. Close to all amenities.

Such lovely hosts, Nicholas picked us up from the ferry (taxi is 15 euro) and gave us a lot of good tips about the island and Batsi. He also arranged a rental car for us. Andros is beautiful in the spring, very green, lots of flowers, great to explore with a car. Batsi is a lovely village with a couple of good restaurants like Stamatis and Oti Kalo. The service, the cleanliness and the readiness of the staff and owner to help was excellent. They did even find a topper for the bed since I have a back problem and the mattres though comfortable, was a little rigid for my problem. Also, another plus was the proximity to a bar Locubomb, just downstairs and the proximity to Batsi town, just 5 min walk.

The only downside was the location of the building in a crossroad so it was uncomfortable to sleep with the windows open at night. If you closed the windows though, no problem at all, since the insulation was perfect.

We loved being a stone’s throw away from Batsi and being able to easily navigate roads/parking since the apartments are conveniently located at the edge of town. Nicholas was wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations and was always available to answer our questions. Andros is such a lovely island, and Batsi is a wonderful base for exploring. Next time we definitely plan to stay longer.

The owner was extremely friendly, welcoming and informative. He showed us different restaurants to try and unique things to do in the small town of Mpatsi. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The location of the hotel is next to a bus stop, so it was easily accessible. Thanks again for this amazing service and the lovely gifts that the owner left us in the room, we will definitely be back soon!!!!

We didn't get the chance to try the breakfast but still we would prefer if there was a buffet and preferably in the price of the room(breakfast was offered from a coffee shop nearby and it was 8€ per person per day).
