The short walk to the Telok Kemang beach and the variety of food and drink stalls lining the beach are great! Do take note that the stalls operate till about 6-7 pm only.

The initial room allocated to us was on Level 3. After waiting over an hour for the AC to cool the room, the air was still heavy and warm. We requested a room change, and a male manager assisted us in moving to a room on Level 2. From then on, everything was excellent! To the hotel management, it would be a good idea to check and possibly upgrade the AC system to match the one in the Level 2 room. This is to ensure guests are not unpleasantly uncomfortable. This is especially important during sultry days.

The parking, not in good condition. the staff not very friendly and talk nicely like usually receptionist. The ladies staff more friendly to man. Not guided the guest very well, maybe it's the first time they came.

For those who need a near the beach experience, its a good bargain coz the beach is a walking distance from the hotel (50mtr). It has a marry brown outlet attached to the building.

Parking is limited for the guest, Building maintanance need a lot of improvement especially to keep the lamp,elevator in a good condition constantly. During my stay, i can see the lamp blinking in my room all the time, not by design i guess.

Everything seems to be nice. I paid rm 300 for a night, definitely not worth it for the price. Normally 5 star hotel for that price. But if the price was 150 and below it is acceptable. Overall nice hotel to stay and friendly staff for me.

The price rm 300 per night.. crazy and extend per hour rm 30. Thats a 5 star hotel price not a 3 star.

Modern & spacious room with comfortable beds and bedding. Bathroom was spacious with a rain shower.

There was no armchair and mini coffee table, which could have been provided for a place to sit in the room. There should be a way for guest to indicate that they do not want to be disturbed. There was no label for 'make up room & do not disturb' that is usually be found in hotel rooms for guest to hang at the door. We were woken up by loud banging on the door by rude housekeeping staff who thought it was funny to announce that it is a Marrybrown room service. After I told them we had not ordered any room service, the staff then announced that they were knocking on the door to make up the room. There was mould on the wall tiles below the shower.

Overall okey except limited parking and muddy parking area.

The parking is very limited and the parking area is very muddy. Should allocate more parking space for customers convenience.

The location is good. Really near to Teluk Kemang beach. You just can walk from the hotel to the beautiful sandy beach. But as we know, the Teluk Kemang is havoc with rental tent and watersport boat. It is a little bit unpleasent to see by the sea. I got early check in at the front desk. It is very helpful since I travel with kid. The hotel attached with Marrybrown restaurant. But you can easily get local food around the area with walking distance.

One of the lift is broken. I hope they repair it since it is a bit troublesome with only one lift operational.

The location nearby food stalls. Walking distance to the beach. Night was quiet at the time I was there. Friendly staffs and comfortable bed.

Would be nice to have a choice of breakfast. Dustbin in the room. Other thing was perfectly as it is.

I've booked this hotel because it is near to the beach and easy access to stall/restaurants and convenience store. Even the parking hotel was fully occupied but the place nearby have many parking lot

As for my experience, I booked the room based on the description rather than seeing the pictures. The details given '1 large double bed' but what I get is 2 single bed. I almost cancel my holiday because feel very disappointed when I checked in. After being explained by the hotel staff, it seems that the picture is more accurate than the description.
