very secure, i left important company property and was nervous about it because i know how my country is, but i had absolutely no problem with it

some stains on the walls probably soda, nothing serious, the wifi is very unstable on room 5

The hotel is very cute and good located close to all touristic points. Staff was very lovely and we had a very good time at the hotel.

Unfortunately we was a bit unlucky with our room. We got a small room and didn't have much space for put the bags or even walk inside. With a family was a bit hard. But we saw other rooms and they look pretty good and big, we would definitely reccomend.

Great location close to the market and walkable to anywhere in the city. Breakfast was provided but quite basic. Shower was hot and good pressure.

Toilet did not flush very well and got blocked. No kitchen available.

We had a very spacious and beautiful old room which was very comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing! The hostel is in a great location and is very well looked after.

It was very noisy - both from the other rooms (there was an orchestra staying & practicing at all times of the day!) and also from the cars. With it being such an old building, the windows didn’t close fully making it louder than it could be.

Most of the hotel building has been built in the colonial era, it's beautiful and well conserved over a century. Location is central, the central market is just a block away where you can find almost everything from clothing through food, gifts...etc. Around the hotel you have the options to take different trufis (mini buses) that can take you to wherever you need to go and it only costs 2 Bolivianos.The hotel staff is nice and helpful, we needed to check in early (at 6am)and they were able to provide us a room, although is better to let them know in advance. The nights weren't cold and if they would have been the warm blankets placed in the wardrobes would've done their job. The breakfast was simple but delicious (especially the cheese) with variety of juices, yogurts and fruits. Maybe it's not a big thing but they give you a towel per person whereas in many other places they provide you a towel per room.

The place was comfortable and clean, close to the main attractions in the city. Breakfast was good but only sweet choices (bread with butter and marmelade, cereals, yogurt, juice and coffe).

Our room was facing the street that was very loud during the night (bring earplugs).

Room lacked privacy if you wanted to open the window as it backed onto the stairs. When the window was open the blind couldn't be closed. Can be noisy when other people are out in the courtyard at breakfast

We appreciated the hospitality at check-in after arriving from a night-bus. We initially thought the showers were cold, but it just took some adjusting. Showers were warm and WIFI was good. The lovely man at reception gave us some hot water at night for our cup of noodles. Beds were relatively comfortable.

As we were there for four nights it would have been good to have someone empty our bathroom bin. The door bell at night was very loud in the main courtyard, so you would often hear when someone would want to come in at midnight or later. The front door is always locked, so we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff when we would come to the hostel in the middle of the day as they would have to let us in. Not a big deal though!

Super helpful staff. We arrived at 5 in the morning. They gave us the room right away because they had it available. Room is not small. The hostel is in an old colonial building so super cute.

Beds are a bit soft, so if you are into hard beds this might not be the one for you.

The property is close to the city centre. Spatious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The staff is friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but still good. I would stay here again.
