Location is great 5 mins walk after got off airport bus Many restaurants in neighborhood not as crowded as in Namba or Umeda Convenient to get around other places by train

We specifically request for change of towels or empty the bin but same time they give us robes which we don't need, not so well organized what we requested

Very convenient location close to the station and konbini around. Easy to access and excellent customer services, very responsive and welcoming. The room was also comfortable, it’s worth it for the price so I recommend it.

I didn’t paid attention that I booked a smoking room and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t exchange the room. So as a non smoker it was smelling the cigarette which was a bit unconfortable for us but it’s my mistake so I just recommend to paid attention when you book a room if you are a smoker or not.

We decided to book this hotel after having a horrible first night in a different hotel, the stay here was fantastic, everything was as we wanted, this was the 2nd Daiwa Roynet hotel we have stayed at and will continue to stay in them, the location of this one was perfect being 2 minutes walking from a metro station and shopping centre, rooms had a big bathroom for hotel standards.

The seamless easy check in check out. The room we booked is also large as compared to other hotels at similar prices.

The distance away from the main attractions. Also, take note that if you are using the Kintetsu Airport Limo bus to and from Kansai airport, the bus hours are limited in the evening (to KIX airport) and stops at 9pm (from KIX airport). If you arrive late night, you have to take trains which is a little long walk from the Metro station Tanimachi-9-chome.

Staff are super friendly. Check in process was smooth. They know a little English. Helped us with dinner reservation. The room was clean. Was to my surprise, which I didn’t realized until the end of my stay the shower head, hair dryer, and hair curl are branded ReFa. Which is very high end.

The bed was not as comfortable. Wish it could be better. My partner and I both like firm bed. The bed was firm however the spring made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

I love it is close to the station and resturants, the staff are friendly. Our stay was pleasantly good we will definetly book again on our next trip to Osaka. This is our second time to stay at this hotel which means we really like it.

The only think I didn't like are the beds it seems to low and not soft to our liking.

Very nice location! Good room and wonderful staff. I made a reservation for a smoking room by mistake, nevertheless, the staff was very kind to change my reservation to a non-smoking room. Staff at the reception made sure all my requests and needs were fully covered and that exceeded my expectations! Thanks a lot!

Location is excellent. Just a block away from Sheraton Miyako where the limo bus station is located. Near metro line & kintetsu line. Restaurants around the hotel area. Walking distance to Don Quijote.

Not a fan of the restaurant in the hotel. It used to be Yayoi Japanese Restaurant with better food selection.

It’s clean, location is good and staff were nice.

Not flexible. We checked in really late close to 11pm, requested for a late check out since our flight is still at 8pm but they didn’t give in to our request. One of the few hotels that wasn’t flexible given that we checked in late.

Location is very convenient to restaurants, stores, malls, and train/subway stations. Room is excellent, they clean everyday, changing towels,robes, and toiletries daily. Staffs are all respectful and helpful. Overall- it’s a thumbs up.
