Breakfast was ok, just that the selection is minimal, meets basic needs. The egg section chef is approachable and egg preparation is fast. Seats are limited but so far I am able to get a table during my stay without having to wait. Front desk staffs are friendly and cheerful. Had a faulty kettle issue and the response from the service team was quick to check and replaced a new one. Check in and check out was rapid. Convenient to eateries just downstairs.

As the hotel is along the road, the traffic and eateries can cause noise especially at night. So choose rooms that are on the East side (ie, rooms 00 to 16 side).

Hotel was good... Location was very convenient...alot of Makan places and nearby Family spas as well... Near to Nagoya mall as well... breakfast was nice... Overall I'm satisfied... I will surely recommend this hotel .. I will come back again...

shower area doesn't have any door ... When you shower , the water from the shower will spilt over to the toilet area ... And air con can be more stronger..and for breakfast you have to go out from the hotel building and cross over to the front Makan area called garden corner... For me it's a hassle....

Among the best hotels in Batam. Spacious and clean rooms. Soft and comfortable mattresses. Easy to check-in and out. There is a balcony space to relax while watching the lights at night. Strategic location, full of fun and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, 24-hour convenience stores, money changers, Spas, beauty shops, souvenir shops, entertainment centers, karaoke, supermarkets, shopping malls and others.

Breakfast needs to be improved in terms of quality, taste and variety of food.

Breakfast is quite good, the food is also delicious and clean, the hotel location is very strategic because it is close to various food stalls which are very satisfying.This was my first experience staying at this hotel and I really liked it, in the future I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Maybe it's just for input so that the hotel can add more TV channels because for me the TV channels are very less and not interesting. Don't forget to check the AC in room 325 because the water is leaking and the customer is afraid of falling because it is slippery due to the dripping water.

We stayed at the 1 bedroom which was really comfortable for us as a family of 3. The room was very nice and had Netflix. The kitchen was not equipped at all except for pots to cook and some cutlery and a induction hob. But nothing to clean with. There is a water cooler available which is very convenient and a fridge. The location is so good and very central with lots to choose from in terms of food. There is a good mall about 10 min walk away and a cheap laundromat which was extremely convenient

They provided a bottle of water that they didn't say was chargeable until we were going to check out. Either than that the location of the accommodation and facilities nearby were excellent

Clean and spacious room. The room have color concept PIINK. The location was superb. Food and Spa parlour are just within walking distance. There is also Billiard club for those who keen to play billard.

Toilet door was abit too complex and not easy for older people to lock it. Imagine if you are rushing to the toilet and had difficulties locking them, by the time you lock the door, you might pee in your pants. Hahaha. Must educate the older guest.

Spacious clean room with a little balcony to watch the world go by. A nice touch on the smart tv and google nest, different from the traditional approach. Excellent customer service from the staff, never met any that didn't have a smile on their faces. Plenty of eateries and cafes nearby, a small grocery store and massage spa within the compound. Walkable distance to NHM by entering from the south east gate albeit the pathway gets dark after sundown.

1) Limited breakfast spread, bought from a stall nearby on the 2nd day. 2) No panel separating the dry and wet area in the toilet, tendency of water splashing over. 3) Slow-moving lifts shared by hotel guests, residents and porters. 4) Taxi to Harbourbay booked via the hotel was exorbitant (IND 95k) as compared to the usual taxi or even grab.

After two years since last visited, the hotel still delivers top-notch service. The rooms are as comfortable and well-maintained. The standout feature remains the exceptional staff—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. However, as written in my last review, the breakfast spread is still lacking variety, although ample alternatives are within the vicinity.

Hotel is new so things are clean and facilities are good. Love the smart TV and google nest mini in the room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very value for money and will definitely recommend! Provision shop and 24hrs F&B dining all downstairs, you will never go hungry at night.

Wished there was a mini fridge to keep my drinks cold. The balcony facing the main area can get quite noisy at night with passing vehicles and noisy neighbours, would be good if there were ear plugs provided for peaceful sleep at night.

Location of hotel is good with food market just opposite. Hotel staff were friendly and always with their perfect smile. Especially Kak Nina and Adel of front desk, who were very nice and friendly with their smiling faces greeting guests and always willing to help.
