Absolutely everything - this is the best place I've ever visited. The whole experience felt like a dream, almost as if we were living on another planet. My wife and I built memories for life here. Our room was amazing, luxurious, and the views looking out into the desert took our breath away. The staff at the resort, were warm, caring and friendly. We made great friendships with everyone, particularly Ehsan who looked after us throughout our stay. We had so much fun playing archery, jenga, darts, pool, whilst drinking mocktails and iced coffees all day long. We can't forget Rachid too, who arranged a sunset Jeep safari for us and showed great hospitality as he took us around the whole desert. His knowledge and expertise around the desert is truly incredible- he is the official Google maps for Wadi Rum. We loved drinking tea with him bedouin style while we reminiscenced on many fascinating stories. The people here are fantastic, just like the facilities. A once in a lifetime experience and we'd love to come back again one day.

Nothing - in all honesty, this place is more expensive than other camps but it was worth it because of the quality of experience.

The resort is in a quiet place with all necessary amenities. We stayed in one of the bubbles, which is a full fledged hotel room with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. The pool was refreshing and the availability of games (fooseball, pool, cards, etc) make it a perfect place to relax. Everything was well organized from the beginning to the end, and Mahmoud was very attentive and helpful. The hotel also helped us organize a tour through the desert, which is a must to fully appreciate the unique landscape in Wadi Rum.

The location, the accommodation and the overall facilities are amazing! All brand new and top quality. The location is set in a very private area with a fantastic view. Everything is so special, but above the best of all are the kindness and hospitality of Mr. Mahmood and his staff, the local guide Rashed, who made the experience of exploring the desert and understand the local traditions and culture, unique!

Everything was amazing – the location was breathtaking, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were outstanding. The sweet were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was a truly unique desert experience with a touch of luxury.

The only downside was the food – while the presentation and service were good, the taste could definitely be improved

Everything, from the location, to my stunning bubble room with a Mountain View to the amazing staff that went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This place is by far the best hotel I have ever been and I’ve been to 47 countries and stayed on numerous hotels. Amazing, absolutely amazing.

I liked everything

By far the best place to stay at while you are in Wadi Rum, there’s absolutely nothing negative about this place whatsoever. Totally recommended for everyone planning to visit Wadi Rum!

Not having a hanger in the bathroom for the clothes when showering. Which is totally trivial compared to the marvelous experience we had!

This resort is fabolous, really happy to have chosen to stay here. It's super clean and the staff are very friendly. Food was also excellent. Spectacular views all around.

Maybe a bit pricey as far as alcoholic drinks go.

Absolutely stunning camp, the facilities and the bubbles were incredible, the views out of this world and the people at the hotel the nicest and kindest. A magnificent place I cannot recommend more!

The resort is located at the middle of wadi rum desert and beautiful mountains, surrounded with amazing sand dunes views, you can even watch the milky way stars at night clearly, relax near the pool
