The property itself may not be as large, and the towels may not be as fluffy. The exceptional was its staffs who made us feel like going back home. it’s the hospitality business at its best. Rudy and Charlottes, just to name a couple, were fun, helpful, and professional. All of them made our trip to France a memorable one. this could only happen when folks enjoy what they do, or is this just a part of the long running French culture ? We’ll be back, as you’ve inspired us on a different level. that’s the meaning of traveling.

the facility itself was not as large as the big name hotel, and we understand that as it’s conveniently located near the station.

Location is excellent - a walking distance from Trocadero. Tiny bathroom, but a nice size shower! A number of local (i.e. not too touristy) places to have breakfast. Staff was really nice and helpful. There was no problem for me to leave the luggage for a few hours prior to my departure. A bonus point - very knowledgeable lady at the Pharmacy across the road who helped me with the right selection of EcoCert skincare products.

My room was really small and dark. It was December and the view was... well, no view, as it overlooks inside yard and additionally with some construction work going on (no noise though), it was covered with thick foil blocking the light. The interior of the room is also dark - walls & carpet. A bit like dungeon. My room was also behind double door (one was fire door), so it was quite awkward.

I loved the staff who were very polite and extremely helpful. Adele was a sweetheart, helping me navigate and recommending places to visit. Aleksander was so nice when I broke my phone and panicked about my travel further. And the lady at the desk, whose name ai forgot, helped me speak to the uber guy to help drop by an elevator cz of the luggage. If I go back, I will stay here again. Cant recommend enough, the location is excellent, 5 mins walk to Eiffel tower. Trocadaro and Victor Hugo metro station are close by, providing access to rest of the city.

Everything was good

The reception staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. Location is perfect, just a few minutes from restaurants, cafe’s, Trocadero and Victor Hugo where there is connection to everywhere by metro. As a solo traveler, my main concern was the walk back to hotel by myself at night but the neighborhood felt safe. The market next to hotel has everything from fruits to iphone charger. My room was in a nice and quiet corner, I have not heard anything from adjacent rooms, from the street or elevator. Complete silence and peace. Luckily, weather was also amazing - overall a great experience & great weekend!

I just hit my head to the glass door of bathroom once because it is just glass from ceiling to carpet :) Sometimes difficult to realize if it’s open or closed because all glass and transparent.

The location is great - midway between the Champs Élysée/Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Good breakfast (typically) small, but comfortable rooms. Adele and the rest of the staff were an absolute joy to deal with and beyond helpful. He allowed us to check into one of the rooms at 7:00am so we had a place to stash our luggage and freshen up before venturing out.

They were redoing the entrance to the hotel and had plastic over the windows on our room so, when we opened the windows, there was no cooler/fresh air. We were notified in advance of the work-in -progress, so it was - at best - a minor inconvenience,

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for tourists because is close to the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and the Metros for easy access to the city. Also the hotel is conveniently located next to mini markets, restaurants, laundromat, pharmacies. Great location

The room was a bit smaller than I wanted, especially the bath room. Also, for my liking, it would be nicer to place like a rack of portable shelves on wheels (for example) under the tiny sink. The sink was literally in the bedroom with one small shelf above it. I saw that in in our hotel in Rome, and the rack goes under the sink and you have all the extra shelves to place your stuff.

The location was the perfect base to explore the tourist hot spots. Located next to the Metro it has great links to all rail services. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and really helpful in offering handy tips.

The hotel was having an exterior facelift and the smell and noise could be heard and felt at certain points throughout the stay. There was noise heard whilst in the hotel room from other guests including their bathroom water use.

Amazing hotel - lovely friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast (buffet style but so much choice, even down to being able to boil eggs to your personal preference!!) Could not recommend this place more.

The only minor bad point was the bathroom was an odd setup - a separate toilet cubicle but the sink and shower cubicle were just in the bedroom. But very minor point and not really that much of an issue!

The hotel overall is good, well localized, room is small, but the bathroom was really nice, and the prices are ok. I arrived 1h before check in time, and my room was ready.

I asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room next to the elevator, so, not quiet at all. I know it's not always possible to attend all requests, but that was my experience. I personally don't like carpets, but a room without carpet is almost impossible to find in Paris.

Clean, quiet, great air conditioning, block out curtains, loved the fact you could open the French doors to the balconette to take a look and hear Paris but could also close them for again for quiet and cool sleeping. Family rooms were great. Staff at reception are attentive, friendly and provide great service and communication. Fabulous location, close to a few metro stations, easy walk to Eiffel Tower and Trocadero, lots of lovely restaurants nearby, The Reserve is outstanding for pastries, coffee, cheese and good service. Supermarket (Monop) is nearby and has everything you need.

Nothing that would stop us staying here again.
