The booking confirmation of booking.com stated that we had a seaview room, instead we had a train track, main road view.

The hotel manager provided instructions and an easy system to access the gated property and hotel building. The hotel room was very clean with good facilities. We found a great selection of breakfast items prepared for our early departure. Made it a great option for the early ferry to Malta.

Access to the town was via a main road with a dubious pavement - would have been better for us to drive the short distance. Unless we took the wrong route? But this is just a note for others.

Our host, Eugenio, is the kindest and most hospitable young man you could wish to meet. He not only provided an excellent hotel service, but also went out of his way to sort out car rental problems. He genuinely wanted us to have a splendid time in his beloved country .. which we did! All facilities excellent and everything perfectly organised. Easy walking distance to town and perfect for ferry on arrival or departure. Many, many thanks.

I think it's the best place to sleep if you have an early ferry to Malta. There is a parking lot, there is no one at the reception in the evening and at night, but there is a person who is available on WhatsApp 24/7 In the morning you can make yourself a delicious coffee, take a cupcake. The room was clean and cozy.

I didn't understand how to open the gate if you leave the key at the reception. I had to run while they were closing.

very friendly staff, perfect place to stay overnight for the ferry over to Malta. Short walk into town, beds comfortable and the staff even put breakfast out early for us and arranged a taxi to the ferry port.

although a short walk from the centre of town to the hotel there is not a proper pavement and it is a busy road so that was not easy in the dark or with luggage. there is nothing else around the hotel so you do have to walk into town if you want to get anything to eat

Free breakfast with unlimited coffee from 05.30. Entrance procedure automated but instructions were very clear and immediate via WhasApp. Gated entrance excellent for people travelling with bicycle. Position close to railway station.

Low water pressure and blocked shower drain - but a promise to fix that received immediately. Incense sticks in room. Not everybody likes them.

Excellent location. Eugenio was a great host, very available and receptive. He made our stay enjoyable and made a recommendation to an amazing restaurant which made our night . this hotel was great and it was easy access to the ferry to Malta . Would highly recommend this hotel

The room was clean, comfortable and airy. The staff were soooo amazing and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast was perfect & lots of different options. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel. Thanks for everything :) xxxx

If you are a tourist in Pozzallo, just book this hotel! It takes 7 minutes on foot from Pozzallo station to this hotel and 40 minutes on foot from this hotel to Pozzallo port! We arrived at around 10pm but we could check-in at the time. The bed, bathroom, table, and towels, everything was clean! And the host is very kind and has a good smile😃 If you want to drink a coffee in the morning, he would brew coffee for you! It was amazing!
