The hotel is very modern and the rooms spacious, with both WiFi and AC working perfectly. The maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. The fact that the hotel isn't located right by the beach was a plus during Sargasso season.

Jesus & Ruth were responsive and accommodating hosts. The suite had everything we needed, great layout and the kitchen was well-stocked for preparing meals. We had a fun visit and would not hesitate to book there again.

The other accommodations were rented out to young people working in the cruise ship industry. They left cigarette butts everywhere and were sometimes noisy and also drank much alcohol. They were friendly but it was not the perfect match for us, traveling with a baby/toddler

Very nice housekeeper. The studio is great, modern and comfortable. Big bed, everything very clean. The Pool is also nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we did some cooking there.

The oven didn't work and the sink lost some water, but everything else was perfect. The shower did only have either very hot or cold water, nothing in between.

Jesus, the manager was the nicest man I've met on my trip. He really made everything very easy and welcoming and went above and beyond to look after me. The pool was clean and decent sized, and the apartment was huge for the amount paid. They really take care of you here, and I would love to stay again.

The bed was not comfortable.

The host was very friendly and helped whenever we needed it. The room was very modern and the bed was comfy and all the utensils were new.

Because the hotel is new nothing has been finished properly. The hob and sink have just been put in and not fixed down. The oven wasn't plugged in. The shower head is loose. The lounge area has no windows so felt a bit cell like. The aircon was not working in the bedroom and the last night we had water dripping though the ceiling light in the bathroom. The pool was cloudy too. It could be good but at the moment it is not worth the money. Also the WiFi worked in our room.
