The room is quite clean, great breakfast and staffs are really nice and polite. It's in the great location for me as it's near my sister and the mall shopping center

I wish they have space to hang the clothes after washing them. Not all of my clothes can be in the dryer as they would shrink so I prefer to hang them on. Also, we need to ask for the toilet paper all the time. It would be good if they can provide more toilet paper per, at least a roll per day for 3 of us. (P.S toilet paper in Thailand is really small unlike everywhere else)

My stay had a small hiccup at check-in—I booked a double bed but got a twin. Too tired to complain, I stayed put. Despite this, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff, though the initial oversight, were friendly. Overall, a decent stay, but better attention to reservations would be advised.

Nothing. However, as a loyal customer, I would appreciate it if they could consider the request of extend the checkout time next time, their maximum was 12:30 pm

Room is spacious and equipped with hotel facilities. Location is not far from mass transit and surrounded by many convenient stores & coffee shop, easy to find things for lifestyle.

Luggage storage should be better to have luggage tag for guest, just in case of misplaces. Aware of mixing it with other guests.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were of good quality. Everything was as in the photos. I can recommend it. For the price it is a pleasant accommodation

Sometimes there are noisy people in the corridor in the evening and early morning hours. But it is not the staff's fault but the inconsiderate guests who think they are staying there alone

The initial room is hey put us in reeked of smoke although they claimed it was non smoking…but when I requested a change the second room was fine.

I don't like the fact that the kitchen door can shine light into the room in the morning, which can disturb your sleep. If possible, you should find something to block the light in the kitchen.
