Location and view on river Seine are peaceful There is a railway just behind the hotel but you hardly hear a train when it is passing by. Great breakfast and a good restaurant Powerful shower and good air-conditioning.

Most of the hotel rooms are in the direct view of the guests in tbe restaurant. Putting a few bushes in between could work wonders. In the room you don't hear any noise coming from the restaurant but only with the door/window closed. Sitting outside is not so quiet.

Great location for exploring Giverny and Vernon! The hotel has a lovely view of the Seine and offers free parking, which was a big plus. There’s also a great restaurant on-site with delicious food and very welcoming staff — we really enjoyed our dinner there. The room was well-equipped and super comfortable — perfect for a one- or two-night stay. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully organized. The bed was very comfortable — both my husband and I slept really well. Highly recommend for a short, relaxing stay in the area!

Lovely clean large room over looking the river, with air conditioner. Meal in the evening was very good. Walks for our dogs along the river also welcomed into the restaurant. The staff very friendly and helpful. Comments about the low bridge put us off slightly but you actually do not need to go via bridge there is a turning beforehand railway crossing .

The price for wine was extortionate €25 for half bottle. The breakfast was okay but no fresh bread available

Great location to visit Giverny and Versailles. Restaurant food was very good, although choice was somewhat limited. Room size was OK.

The air-con leaked water so badly that we had to put a bath-towel on the floor. The hotel's response to this was simply to replace the towel each day! Somewhat difficult to find the hotel initially. The satnav needed 2 attempts!

Reception was very good, shown to our room. spacious room, clean tidy, partial view over river, and hen coup. beautiful location lovely walk along the river with the dogs who were welcome at the hotel.

the room allbeit spacious lacked storage, TV was very small for the room size, bathroom layout was a bit awkward with the door blocking the middle of the basin. No food service outside whilst we was there.

Good on site restaurant. Rural, riverside location but near to large suburban facilities. Roadside parking was close and appeared safe. 20 minutes from Governed. Outside seating space for each room.

Room was small with little space around the bed, only one bed table. No warning that a route in had a height restriction which would mean an SUV with roof box might not pass.

Excellent location, room was large, airy and very nice, Shower / bathroom was large and very modern. Room was in a separate block in a nice quiet part of the complex. Restaurant and bar / breakfast area were modern and nicely fitted out. Food was good and choices at breakfast were excellent. Staff were very efficient. Location at the edge of the river Seine was lovely. Great views !

The wi-fi was pretty poor and disappointing for an upmarket type establishment.

The location is just idyllic. The breakfasts were varied, generous and tasty. The evening meals were outstanding! Our room was not large but perfectly adequate and the terrace overlooking the river with ducks and swans was just lovely. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the coffee making facilities. We were a little concerned initially about the proximity of the railway line and the cockerel, but heard neither during the night.

There was significant limescale in the bathroom but otherwise very clean. Also the bread at breakfast could be a little dry.

Love this hotel. The location is lovely. The rooms comfortable, clean and appealing. The resturant is great, the evening menu gives good tasty food and is very popular with people not staying at the hotel as well.The staff were very helpful. Breakfast is varied and very good and the service was friendly. We thought it good value which reflected in the amount of people taking it. We have see empty rooms caused by over pricing elsewhere.

Feeling ignored on arrival in reception. Several staff walked past me. I must have stood there among the people having a drink on their arrival for at least 10 mins. My husband had taken the dog for a walk in this time. All rather embarrassing.
