It was very pleasing to the eye. We went to our rooms and proceeded to fall asleep almost instantly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms nice and clean

Didn't like the envelope expecting tips. We didn't see any cleaning staff and is their job to clean rooms and make beds. Had they done something specifically to our request a tip would have been given to the person who honoured the request.

The room was very large. We received a complimentary upgrade to a spa suite which was a lovely touch. The bed was super comfy so we slept so well. The location is good for travellers that are passing by. The front desk staff member on the evening shift on April 8th was absolutely wonderful - thank you for the warm welcome.

The parking lot is not maintained in snow.

Location and staff are great at this hotel. Tim Hortons across the street and easy access to highway if you are travelling further.

We did have an issue with the toilet which was addressed quickly. The toilet continued to have issues but it was not the fault of staff. Just a bad toilet.

Simple breakfast, but very much worth it. Coffee and juice were available all day long, which is amazing

Rooms’s towels were changed by my request, only. Due to the winter, they were difficult to dry, so… Also, the towels for the swimming pool are way too small for a regular adult.

Location was good, right off the highway. They had a great pool facility for the kids if that is your thing. Breakfast was what you would expect from a place like this, they have an overflow room for breakfast patrons so there is always spots to sit at.

In room jet tub was fun! Room and beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the pool! Location was easy from highway.

Breakfast was very basic and too many packaged processed and sugary items. Coffee ran out multiple times and refill was slow.

The room was clean and well decorated

I brougth my 5 year old grand child to your hotel because of the pool IT WAS AT 60 degrees it would have nice fir the agent to mention that when I asked if the pool was open for us to use It was very disapointed we did not swim The breakfast no more fruit salad and COLD hard boiled eggs! Fresh fruits and cottage would be a good thing to add to make it healthier

Pool and the slide were amazing for the kids.

Way too much chlorine in the water of the pool. Kids were all coughing heavily after 1h in it. Breakfast could be better with more choice. There was no milk for our first breakfast.

Very friendly and funny receptionist at check-in.

Breakfast same as everywhere in US/Canadian hotels/motels, it's hard to get used to....same with their coffee culture. But ok, I already knew before what was expecting us :-).

The reception employee was very welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast is the bare minimum. Reaching inside the bread bag is not hygienic! There were no utensils to take the slices of bread
