The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean. I appreciate that. The location is good and convenient for traveling. It is easy to find things to do in the area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The breakfast tickets were for 2 adults and 2 children. Our family is 4 adults. This was awkward and I did not like that we could not swap the kids meal out for just a sandwich. Everything on the breakfast menu was overpriced and premade so this was a very inconvenient and silly rule. The hot tub was nice but there was a lot of dirt in the bottom. I desperately needed cleaned.

We liked our room. It was clean w/ all the amenities we needed. However, we were given a voucher for a "free" breakfast that we did not take advantage of. We were told there was Starbucks coffee, but we were not going to take advantage of because there was a fee. If we were going to have pay for coffee, we went right down the road for Starbucks. When we booked, I asked for a Military discount. There was no response. When we checked in, I asked about the Military discount again and we were told we had vouchers for breakfast which didn't pay for our Starbucks. We could choose 2 cold items and 1 warm item. How does that pay for a Military discount? The surroundings were fabulous, beautiful landscaping!

Location was perfect, it was right there with all the stores and restaurants but backed in away were you didn't feel smack dab in the middle of everything. Literally minutes away from restaurants and coffee right around the corner almost. Room was clean, staff was friendly,

It was in a convenient location and even though it was on a very busy highway, it was still quiet. You couldn’t even tell.

There was only two negative things about the stay; the construction was a little inconvenient and the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The construction was unfortunately going on when we stayed so it was a little loud during those hours but we were warned a few times prior to our stay. Overall it was not bad and we were not really disturbed.

It’s a beautiful property nice pool they are renovating so they are keeping up with maintenance .

If they had microwaves prior to Reno they are not there now . It would be nice to have one as there is now continental breakfast

Kids using the pool left water all over the floors on the ground floor. That's not the hotel's fault. That's the results of parents not watching their kids :(

By far the best hotel, best experience, and best value since the pandemic. The room smelled fresh was very clean, staff was great, the communal spaces were well appointed, clean, comfortable, close to food and shopping, and we got an amazing deal. We visit the Pittsburgh area about 4x per year, and thus may be our new permanent go to, we were that impressed. Highly recommend.

Was not aware that the Booking.com price which said breakfast included was for only one person. Our group was 2 couples 2 rooms. Our friends had to pay for one breakfast. I was able to get a credit for my wife’s breakfast.

We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was nice to be joined by other hotel guests who we might otherwise have simply passed jn the elevator rather than chatting and hearing their city visit experience. Hotel staff were all friendly and out of their way helpful.
