The location was convenient for our purposes and off from main highways, so quieter than other places we have stayed. The breakfast had a wide variety. The staff were all nice and helpful.

Disappointed that the shower did not have any safety grab bars -- those should be in every bathroom, not just handicapped. I was traveling with older parent and he didn't feel safe in that shower. The "seat" was a glorified shelf made of plastic.

The staff well I only had one person the entire time I was there but she went so far above and beyond when other staff could not be bothered to make eye contact. She seen me struggling and stopped everything she was doing and got me and my belongings to my room made sure I didn’t need anything and took the cart back down with her. She even checked in on me at later time to make sure I was ok and that I didn’t need any help. This treatment lasted the 3 days 2 nights I was there and on check out she had the cart by my door ready for me and then was there to help me to my car. She made the difference! She was amazing. I wish I knew her name. Oh and did I mention. She was the housekeeper! Your receptionist wouldn’t even make eye contact the housekeeper checked me in and everything!

The folks at the hotel were really nice. We checked in quickly and were able to get in our room a few minutes early to freshen up before meeting good friends in Troy for dinner. I spoke to the guy at the front desk in the morning and he was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel was a great value for the area.

The room was a little dated but comfortable and nothing that would keep me away again.

The room was clean although the tpp of the headboard was a little dusty. The, bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and not far from shopping centers. The front desk workers were very friendly and polite.

Dark colored towels. Never put dark towels in the rooms. Towels need to be washed in hot, bleach water. And 2 remotes to control the tv was a no.

We were in town for a swim meet at the Chuck Fruit Aquatic Center so the location was perfect. It was very clean which is the most important feature to me when staying in a hotel. I also enjoyed the decor. It was warm and inviting. I liked that the artwork was what you would see in someone's house versus a hotel. It made it feel more like home. The front desk staff was very friendly both at night and in the morning.

The stay was very nice! The room was very nice as was the rest of the establishment. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast was nice. The building is located by a lot of good places to eat, as well as a Starbucks and a place to get boba tea.

My only complaints were the beds were not very comfortable, and the tub had a lot of rust colored sediment that came out when the jets were on. That part was kind of gross.

This FAMILY owned and operated Inn & Suites is located within a quaint community near the historic downtown and the SIU University campus. Several nice locally owned restaurants are near by. A delicious full breakfast is also offered as part of your stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We will stay here again!

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly Great location and easily accessible, close to several restaurants and stores

The bed was a little harder than I like but I slept good. The sheets weren’t deep pocket for the thick mattress and kept slipping off

Very clean room and comfortable,firm bed. Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety. Pretty nice stay

We had a room with a jacuzzi tub. It however was much smaller than expected and we were there for our anniversary. Little bummed out on that part.

Check in was quick, the staff that checked us in was very pleasant. It was Quiet and the location was excellent, close to stores and restaurants.

It could have been a little cleaner, was a little dusty and the carpent needed to be vacuumed.
