Location very close to Main Street, shops, cafes and restaurants and for a walk along the River. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room/ bathroom. Good HOT water and a large screen TV that works. Also good fast heating from the two way air conditioner. Excellent service from the very friendly owner.

The Motel is close to the Highway so unfortunately the noise from large trucks passing by made it hard to sleep soundly, plus the Vine tied to the verandah was banging against the over hang which also made it noisy on the windy night.

On arrival after 24hrs of not sleeping, and arriving way before booking in time, I was greeted by both wife and husband with open arms and a great smile. They gave me a room straight away and made sure it was the quietest room in the facility . They could have not been more accommodating and helpful with knowledge about the area and my stay. Room was super clean with heaps of tea , coffee ,milk ,soap,shampoo and towels.

Spacious room with plenty of bench area for luggage. Has a separate kitchen space for making a cuppa and a sink,so you don’t have to fill up kettle or do dishes in bathroom. Clean room, comfortable bed and heating worked well. Easy walk to shops and river. Friendly staff , good parking and quiet room. It’s an older style property but very good value at the price point . We really enjoyed our stay.

Supurb customer service. Travelling with a group of motorcyclists, travelling through heavy rain and arrived soggy and cold. Without needing to ask, arrangements were made for us to spread out and dry off and get us and our bikes further out of the weather. Recommendations for dinner at the nearby Terminus Hotel were spot on.

The management team were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had the best experience possible. They were polite and friendly and you could tell they took pride in their work and the way they ran the motel.

That we had too leave as we were made feel like we were king’s and queen’s for the whole of our stay.

Kerry & Rod went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is fantastic easy to find and you can walk into town. I would highly recommend anyone travelling to Tocumwal to give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to going back and will definitely be staying here.

Good to stay in a cheap hotel that still offers service, facilities and cleanliness that many far more expensive hotels offer. For someone who checks in, sleeps, and checks out, I don't want to pay for things I don't want or need. Good old-fashioned service. The staff talked to me as a person and were interested in me

The hosts are so down to earth, accomodating & friendly. The rooms are what you would expect for the price but SUPER clean, comfortable beds & good quality linen, towels etc.

Internet service wasn’t great but that was COMPLETELY outside of the hosts control as it was spasmodic over the entire town during a high peak period.

The new owners have done a good job updating this motel. We liked the electric blankets. Roomy. Great value for money. We only stayed the one night. Had dinner at the pub. Qld won the state of Origin series, so it was great being a Queenslander in NSW that night. It was raining so we didn't do much else.

I was there for 4 days, No rubish bin was cleaned so it was overfull after couple days No replacement of coffee and tee courtesy, I had to go everyday to ask for that, It was annoying , when I asked for hard copy invoice that I requested when I booked I had to come back for it and when I did, they didn't have it and I must have waited another half an hour. The lady in the office was skilful and helpful. For such a miserable service it was rather expensive 130$/night. Few places around for 85 and less .
