Greeted on arrival by a very nice security guard who advised us where to park our motorbikes so that he could keep an eye on them overnight. Reception staff were both very nice, polite, happy and also spoke some English, which was good of them as my Spanish isn’t brilliant. Room was a good size, very clean, comfortable beds and the shower was the best we’ve had so far in our five months on the road. It was awesome. Well placed charging sockets. Lovely seating area in downstairs and free coffee and tea. Breakfast was very good. All in all a great stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff member came over and helped us with the elevator when we were loaded with baggage. Breakfast was good. The room is large and clean with comfortable beds. We appreciated the accuracy and openness about pet fees (350 pesos).

The location is right beside two busy roads and away from most restaurants and the downtown and malecón The directions by Booking are wrong and put us in another neighborhood. We eventually figured out where the hotel was, but not with the information supplied by Booking

Very clean and comfortable express hotel. Friendly staff and 24 hour security in the parking lot. Fairly close to a lot of good food. Appreciated the pet friendliness and tolerance of my mediocre Spanish! 24 hour specialty coffee machine in the lobby included was a nice bonus. Fast wifi!

The included breakfast didn't really look that good so we didn't partake but I suppose any breakfast being included is nice.

I liked the hotel and staff. I really enjoyed the breakfast and other guests.

Not the best location for a vacation. Central but super industrial and busy.

Very spacious room

No extra pillow on room and have to wait more than 30 minutes and 2 calls to the front desk to get one. Parking lot near to the hotel was too small. People park over sidewalks.

Location is great

The price on the website was not the same as when I arrived. Website said $1600 pesos for the first night but on location it was $2600 for the first night.

Clean and smell fresh. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Good location.

The elevator bell seemed to ALWAYS be ringing.

Clean ,soundproof rooms. Near restaurants.Staff were great.

A little more lawn to walk the dog would be nice
