The hotel is exceptional extremely clean and well-maintained. The linens were changed daily, and every detail was carefully attended to. Everything was spotless, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. The buffet (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, with a beautiful view from the floor with the pool. The dinner included a great selection of pasta, and breakfast featured eggs prepared to order. Venkatesh at the reception was outstanding. He and the entire front desk staff were always available. We arrived early in the morning, and the communication via WhatsApp was fast and efficient. The hotel also arranged a private driver for city sightseeing, and there are tour guide services available. The hotel and staff provided an exceptional sense of comfort and safety. The taxi service operated by the hotel was excellent we could contact them at any time to send a taxi from wherever we were back to the hotel. Thank you to everyone we had a wonderful time with you. Food, service, cleanliness everything was top-notch.

stay at Marriott Apartments was extremely comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen and the washer-dryer combo were fantastic additions, especially for a long-haul traveler. The inner courtyard was spacious and offered a good level of privacy. The room itself was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was decent—with limited options—but the quality was consistently good. For dinner, the mutton shorba and fish and chips were exceptional. The reception staff were efficient and very courteous, and the on-call room service was prompt and reliable. Located in the heart of Gachibowli, the property had easy access to Uber and Ola services, making commuting convenient. Overall, a great property and an excellent choice for a stay.

It's a nice little place in Kondapur. Very spacious apartments with views looking over the botanical garden, just fantastic. The room itself was awesome, with a kitchen, living and bedroom. It had a really big bathroom with a soaker tub. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast had a great spread. Great location, just stone's throw away from Sarat city mall. It has a nice swimming pool on the rooftop with great views.

The room is big and comfortable.

1. The staff told me my package did not include free 2 pieces washing every day. But I told them I had confirmed through talking with their reservation department. And the reception never come back for my question. 2. i had asked to manage the room with my friend next door. This never happened. 3.there were lots of issues with my friend’s booking. Eventually the hotel was over booked but they seems it is our fault. They asked us to move the room for two days until we argued with them then they said we can stay in the same room. 4. Actually the breakfast is not really good. 90%of the food are cold. 5. i felt this is not tourist friendly. Mainly specific for business persons or whom have contracted with them.

We had a wonderful experience here! Everything from the food (thanks to the executive chef, Mr Janardhan) to the staff, the services, the ambience, and the amenities was exceptional. A special shout out to the general manager, Mr Ashwin Vaidya, who exemplified "Athithi Devo Bhava" and went out of his way to ensure that all our special requests and needs were duly taken care of.

Everything was perfect! We are definitely coming back again :)

Excellent layout and very spacious rooms. The garden view was awesome, thanks to the bay window. The restaurant on the top floor with a city view is nice. The staff were very friendly throughout. Everyone in my family liked the place.

Approach to the entrance could have been better. It is very easy to miss.

Very customer focus . Front office staff Mr Narasimha KV went out of the way to accommodate our request . We had wonderful family time due to his support as our son could join us during our stay. During stay as well, the entire staff was polite and very supportive . The housekeeping staff was very kind and accomodating .The room was spacious and view of city landscape was wonderful

-Repugnant smell on our floor L11 (carpet? sewage?) -many small hickups in service giving overall impression that operations are not running properly (although stafff friendly and keen to help) -substandard breakfast and dinner options; buffet not great and grossly overpriced compared to other leading hotels

Excellent service from check in staff -Chung Chung is an absolute asset for the hotel, to the restaurant staff Swati always smiling and eager to serve you. The apartments are spacious. Loved the shower

Try to keep the hall carpets clean as we noticed it was taking more than a day to clean them.

I seriously liked the place. It was a spacious 85-square-meter flat just below the rooftop, with a fantastic view from both windows. The rooftop restaurant has incredible food for breakfast and dinner. The pool was also excellent.
