Great value for money: Charming hotel with good facilities which are new and modern. Everything was in good working condition, which shouldn't be taken for granted in hotels in India. Staff was efficient and helpful. Check in and check out times are generous. Location: There is a huge mall at 10 min walking distance, and the hotel is located in a relatively new and clean part of the city.

Can't think of anything to improve, I had a great experience. Perhaps one thing: you could reduce the number of e-mails sent after booking through booking.com (check-in, check-in reminders etc...)

This was a very comfortable stay for our team on a 3 day trip, the hotel was clean and the location was very good. Breakfast provided was quite nice with good options for veg and non veg. The staff was very cooperative specially Mr. Sanjay at the reception was very helpful.

The food from their kitchen is very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are very courteous. They hear patiently to your needs and fulfill them with priority. The rooms and the property is very clean and well maintained.

The breakfast menu should be modified to have more variety. The WiFi seemed to be unstable at times, mostly during the evening. They could do better by providing amenities inside the room like tea bags, sugar, coffee satchet, etc

Entry area is particularly impressive , offering abundance space that makes managing luggage easy. Also the complimentary breakfast is worthy and roof top restaurant area offers relaxed vibe.

I am a person does lot of ground work before finalizing any action, to ensure the best possible experience. Hotel Whitefields did meet all our expectations in terms of room cleanliness, staff's hospitality and humbleness, and of course the food is excellent with pocket friendly price. I stayed for 2 nights with my family and we all had relaxed and memorable experience. I will surely recommend this for any sort of traveler including family. And I will surely stay back here when I visit Hyd again. I was in Hyd for about 10 years until 2021 and I know the area this hotel situated very well, which is safest, easy access to all stores nearby and also to shopping places and restaurants. Thank you team and hotel management for the excellent experience, it was a delightful stay.

Room allocated was so compact, but no complaints w.r.t the maintenance and daily cleaning.

The breakfast needs to have more variety as eating south Indian dosas every day turns out to be boring.

The staff is very courteous and responsive. The breakfast is good especially the dosas(don't miss them). The price-value proposition is very good. The location is the main advantage for IT guys. I would recommend if you are coming for a quick trip to Hyderabad on your personal expenses, it meets what you need actually.

In my stay few things like kettle, glasses were missing but this might be a case with few rooms. Daily room cleaning service would be even better.

Rooms were very clean, they even had a welcome gift which had biscuits, cookies, etc. Staff is exceptionally well- behaved. Kudos the team. Had a very pleasant stay. Just one suggestion, parking place to be increased, though we never faced a problem.
