M square is one of the hotels that I would rate as the best in Jubilee hills. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times during my business trips and my only complaint is that this hotel is always sold out. The rooms are plenty spacious along with being neat and clean. The rooms have lots of amenities like a quick coffee area and also TV and Free WiFi. The highlight of M Square is definitely the complimentary breakfast which they provide. The breakfast is a buffet style with plenty of continental, and South Indian options. They also provide toiletries in the room which is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend that you book your stay at M Square if you're planning to visit along with friends or family in and around the area. The staff are also very courteous and try to help their customers in any way possible.

Location is good and quite easy access to hitec city every where,uber autos and cars no delay,surrounding areas are pleasant.Breakfast,lunch dinner,room service are nice .Reception and the boys on various assistance are very cooperative.....daily upkeep of rooms are clean and neat.....

Availability of fruits,fruit Saladin the menu was meagure.

I forgot my jumper while checking out. Hotel staff responsibly safe guarded the jumper and handed over to me for which I honestly appreciate everyone involved.

Perhaps parking is not very convenient while loading/unloading luggage from Taxi while going to Airport

I enjoyed the Lift service, WIFI, continuous water, and electricity as well as their cute rooms. Most of the staff were also welcoming and supportive. Overall, my stay was incident free.

Locating the place using their transport apps like Ola and Uber were always a challenge. Also, as an international traveller, communication in English language with most of the staff was a challenge.

Liked the proximity of the property. Well connected with major tech park, it was a pleasant experience staying at MSquare. The property is maintained very neatly and the check-in experience was very smooth.

Breakfast could have been a little better in terms of taste and options.

I really liked the Breakfast buffet. Rooms were pretty clean and the staff was sincere and polite.

I didn't like the fact that there was no ventilation in the room, it had a sealed packed window.

good rooms and breakfast

few staffs were rude during check in(local guys).we left something to handover to someone. they lost it. when we asked about it same guys too rude. check out was too good.

Everything from the courteous staff to food undoubtedly the room and if at all something needed fixing it happened immediately. We were stranded as our stay was for a week, but we had to extend, although the hotel was full they still did all they could to give us extension for another week. Shekhar the manager and the housekeeping staff were very very helpful.

Repeatative breakfast is the only thing I'd like to change a bit, although I understand it's as per the place that certain items are fixed, but more variety always appreciated. Please don't take this as a negative, it's just a suggestion.

After leaving the hotel i noticed my mothers watch was missing. I took the phone to call the hotel and i saw msg from the hotel saying that they found a watch in our room. I was really happy with that.

No car parking space. I had to park the car in the street.
