The location was nice, close to my meeting spots. It was a no frills hotel with all the basic necessities and most importantly clean. The room size was good.

Nothing much. The channels available in the cable television could have been better, almost nothing was working.

We were given a room, which was later accessed by their maintenance team without intimation. Post noticing to the reception were offer a different room also upgraded at no cost.

We found that the service was dull at times and the food service team missed fulfilling the order. We order a main course and rice and rice was not given until informed.

Neat and clean. Good house keeping and excellent staff.

As there is an option for early check-in on a paid basis, there should be an option for late check-out on a paid basis too. This will help travelers to plan according to their flight timings.

Room and its facilities, esp the cleanliness and staff's behavior and helping attitude, I would commend Mr.Suman Malik, the manager for his excellent problem solving approach and his positive attitude towards the customers

Food quality needs to be improved, esp. the breakfast with offer of more number of dishes and the taste

Well mannered cooperative staff. Very decent stay would love to continue stay whenever we are in Hyderabad. Rooms were clean. Bed spreads n toilet were well maintained it was a cosy stay.... loved it

They cancelled my booking saying that I didn’t arrive around 5pm. Also, they didn’t inform me about the cancellation. Finally, they made me to book a twin bedded room which wasn’t worth the money. Breakfast was not that great. Toilet was way too small.
