The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had a lot of room. I'm sure breakfast was good, but we never made it down there in time to partake in it.

The green light on the smoke detector kept blinking. When it was dark all you would see was a flash of light. In the room we stayed in they had a window seat over the AC UNIT. Having that seat there prevented the room from getting overly cold.

This was an awesome experience.... I was SHOCKED at how easy going the staff was... PERFECTION even the pricing was top tier....

The only thing bad was.. there wasn't a washer and dryer for us the family to use... But other than that 10s across the bored.. This is the only hotel we will book while visiting Conway, Ar

We traveled for a wedding and loved how cozy our stay here was! The place was clean and the staff was top notch they were extremely helpful and polite.

The only complaint would be the breakfast it wasn’t very good at all but truly not a deal breaker for us if we ever have to come to Conway again we’ll stay again

We lovef this clean and spacious suite All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to get on/off the freeway, yet it was quiet.

Just one regular coffee in the room and it was weak, but the coffee at breakfast was better

When I went outside to get some fresh air on the day of my departure, I could not get back in thru the door I came out. I had to walk to the front to get in.

Absolutely clean. No roaches or bed bugs. Comfortable bed. Very nice front desk, night time and weekends, too.

I wish they would run breakfast until 10:00. But since it's free, I'm just going to shut up!

I was on the 4th floor. Would have been nice to have been informed at checkin that the 4th floor halls were full of the furniture from various rooms that were being repaired/painted. The furniture was there for all three days. I had no choice but to extend my stay and had to pay another rate for the room that was $30 higher then my original price. The furniture finally started going back into the rooms on Friday .

I overslept and missed the breakfast. Coffee in the room is horrible. I had to pour it out

Need better coffee in the room. Add bars of soap and lotion
