Accessibility to free hot breakfast was a major plus! I would only like to recommend more hot selections. Add a different variety maybe two or three days a week.

Two things I did not like were the limited breakfast items and the elevator not working. I initially had a room on the second floor. I had way too many items to carry to be on an upper level floor.

I am so glad to finally have a reason to leave a great review on a Comfort Inn hotel! This place has either recently been renovated or it’s just highly maintained— either way it’s obvious that the owners and staff are committed to upkeep and cleanliness. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

At first I thought the room we were in (216) didn’t have a good closable curtain but was told later that there’s a blackout curtain close to the window. I don’t ask or see this in time for my stay. It’s my fault but this is something to notice since the room is super bright without a curtain. Also, there was some sort of hair grease on the headboard and nightstand. So that was a little gross.

The breakfast offered a good variety of solid choices, and Felicia was kind, friendly, sincere and very helpful! Also front desk staff were polite and helpful, and accommodated a few needs /requests happily.

The TV had too many channels unavailable once you flip to them, and the remote was quirky (it had a minimum ("16" not "1" or "0"??) and a maximum short of what was needed for some channels)

Room was a surprise - i think i ended up in a handicap room - bathroom was huge, but sink was outside the bath. liked the pull-out sofa; nice for watching the tube and eating. breakfast was good; the lady in charge of the dining area was on top of her area

not a huge fan of european pillows...

Clean, very comfortable sheets and bed.

Breakfast is served until 9 AM. Got down a few minutes before 9 AM and we were the only people there. I thought the woman was very rude and started cleaning up and taking away the food. I had a waffle cooking in the waffle maker and she had unplugged it.

It was convenient to where I needed to be. I was there for a family funeral. The staff was friendly. The lobby was great for several of us cousins to get together and visit the night before the funeral since we live in Arkansas, Louisiana and Tennesse.

The smell of my room wasn’t the most pleasant but in defense of the hotel I have a very strong sense of smell and can’t stand many. it wasn’t something I couldn’t stand and I would have gone to get room spray if I couldn’t deal with it.

The location was great. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately they suffered from a water leak in the lobby which resulted in construction to repair and disrupted the lobby area.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the exception of one lady working at the front desk.

Ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

Nicely appointed & clean room. Comfy bed. Larger than usual bath towels. Pool was open, although we did not use. Full variety of hot & cold breakfast items available. Extremely well lit parking area.

Annoying fragrance in lobby, possibly cleaning solvent/disinfectant? Glad we did not partake in breakfast offered, as this smell was so overpowering, it would make it impossible to enjoy our meal.

The breakfast was amazing and the hostess was someone who loved her job and enjoyed doing it. She was very friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our breakfast great. The expresso machine was delicious and a great finish to breakfast.
