The room was spacious and clean, it came with everything needed including a fridge and a microwave. The hotel had an indoor pool wich was nicely tempered and clean. There were pool trowels available. Although perfectly located it was still very quiet at night. The included breakfast was great.

The A/C was slightly outdated and therefore a little noisy. Other than that there was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was fine; pretty close to any that has been offered when I've stayed in hotels in my travels. The only thing I would like to have would be some honey for my toast, preferably local honey for all the amazing benefits it offers. The coffee was good - and I am a coffee snob - not too strong and certainly did not have the 'burnt' aftertaste that some brands have. The counters were clean and tidy.

The bed was the most comfortable on our 2 week trip.

No one was at the front desk and someone else had been waiting awhile. I called the hotel phone and a lady answered but I couldn't understand her. I asked if this was the hotel. She said he must've gone to the bathroom. She said she'd call him. A couple minutes later, he arrived.

Convenient central location around restaurants, shopping. Comfortable beds, the suite we stayed in was very roomy. Friendly Staff. Hot breakfast.

Dated, needs renovation and new furniture in rooms such a couch and desk chairs. They were stained and broken. Our first room had dusty vents, tiles around wall in the bathroom fell off to floor when I opened the bathroom door. No housekeeping but every 3 days so I had to take out my own trash, request towels and trash bags. Pool was shut down during our stay. Not enough parking so I had to park across the street then walk at night time.

Everything they had to offer was amazing.

There’s only one thing I wasn’t more than satisfied with. When I booked the hotel the pics showed there was a hot tub by the pool. The amenities also listed a hot tub. When I arrived it had been removed, filled with concrete and done away with.

The entrance into the building was cute and smelled clean. The room was clean. The hotel was 2 mins from my destination.

There was nothing that we didn't like The coffee and milk ran out while I was down there for breakfast but I asked for refills and they got it right away.

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous all the way through. Breakfast was clean and varied.

The lighting was a little confusing, in our room the light just inside the door turned on the light under the TV, and the bathroom lights took a bit of figuring out. And while we appreciated the extra bedroom space, we probably would have traded some of it for a little more bathroom space.

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

Drink machines on 1st and 3rd floor did not work during my stay and I couldn't find an alternative. Pool was drained during later part of my stay. The shower had a crack in the calking. As a result, water flow from the shower to the floor damaging the molding, leaking water on the floor, and causing mold in the corner adjacent to the shower.

The location was good. I loved the mini waffles. The staff was mostly helpful. Hairline was especially nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and nice.

The gravy eggs and sausage could have been hotter but were still good. The pillows were worthless. The pool was not stocked with towels and when I asked for them when I went to the pool at 6 am, the time the pool door said it opened, the employee told me it didn’t open until 7 and brought me a few bath mats.

The cleanliness couldn't have been better. The quietest hotel I've ever been in. Service was excellent. The exterior grounds were well taken care of, it gave the impression that the management was on top of things which leads into the feeling of security.
