Beautiful newer hotel- everything was so clean! The staff was SO friendly!! My son and I went for the solar eclipse, and housekeeping brought all the rooms gift bags that included 2 bottles of water, 2 bags of chips/popcorn and a pair of solar eclipse glasses that said Conway Arkansas with the date on them! How nice is that! It also had all the amenities listed for the hotel on it so we knew what was available and when! Maly’s is a fun place to go for bowling, axe throwing, arcade, laser tag and also some good food and beverages for whole family entertainment. We could see it from our room it’s that close! This hotel is QUIET!! Even though the hotel was completely booked while we were there we didn’t hear people or doors like you do in other places. Nothing disturbed our sleep! The beds were also super comfortable and the showers had great water pressure and actually had room to put your own shower supplies in the shower, even though they also supply shampoo,conditioner and body wash. We also really enjoyed the courtyard area. We didn’t use the pool, but it is indoor. The EV chargers were AWESOME to have onsite! And the guests that used them were actually so considerate that when they were done changing, they moved to a normal parking spot! Conway is the most friendly town I have ever been to! Seriously! Every single person we encountered there in shops and restaurants anywhere we went everyone was so nice! I cannot stress this enough!! Amazing place to visit!

Only that there isn’t a complimentary breakfast. But definitely not a deal breaker. They do have a restaurant, so you don’t have to leave to eat.

Hotel was nice and clean. Great location near food places and shopping centers within walking distance. Rooms were nice. Cable did not work in room, no big deal out their control was told all the modems were replaced in rooms that were affected except for about 6 rooms just waiting on parts our room just happen to be one. Still enjoyed the stay.

Did have issues with tv not working due to lightning hitting building a few weeks prior. This was not a big deal was able to mirror laptop to tv.

New hotel that is modern & clean. Rooms have the bed facing a different direction which was a nice surprise and made the room feel larger. Large outdoor patio area with fire pit, private booths inside with your own TV in the restaurant

The staff member running the bar area was slow, would make other people’s drinks before the one you ordered or would just flat out skip making your drink if it was a mixed cocktail. She was not professional and would stand at the register forever creating tickets for people still drinking at the bar but would insist they pay out.

That my original room was by the elevators and was open when I arrived. When I told the front desk that the deadbolt was stuck and the door was open, she tried assist but I didn’t want to stay in a room where I would have to fix the door coming in and out so I asked for another room.

I like everything but a bit pricey, I believe because it was a Friday and graduation. Room was 275, during a regular weekday would have been 139

New, modern building. The room was so fresh and clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. I found the lobby to be cozy and enjoyed the outdoor seating as well.

Pillows could be a little more firm but other than that everything was great!

The whole hotel was setup really nice with the bar and restaurant setup on the inside and they had a fire pit on the outside where you can sit and relax.

Not enough towels, and the pillows was not comfortable but that was it.

The cleanliness of the room and staff was very helpful. This was our first time to stay here.

A tub would of been easier since we have two small children. But we managed and overall it was a good stay

I traveled to Conway for a wedding and booked this hotel at the last minute. The hotel had a modern feel to it and was very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal as it is in close proximity to several restaurants and a Sam's Club.

Everything. The front desk was super nice and helpful, the room was nice size, clean, and the beds were comfortable! No issues.

The pool was not open when we stayed but everything else made up for the pool being closed.
