The rooms were very large and beds were more than comfortable! Bathrooms were also very large in size and we were able to have adjoining rooms with our party. The beautiful lady of color at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was hilarious and had the best personality of anyone at that Hotel. She was handling business and multitasking every time we saw her. I wish i would have gotten her name so I could give her credit! That woman dealt with a lot while we were there, there was an entire Hotel booked for a dog show along with a little league tournament that was cancelled and customers were rude and upset, granted not due to the Hotel but weather but some did not treat her very well and she handled all the issues with grace and compassion. I was sitting in the adjoining dining room all day doing computer work and let me tell you, that woman needs a raise! And to the two young men that normally work in laundry that stepped up to clean rooms when everyone called in, you guys rocked it out with great attitudes. We stayed two nights and were told by the front desk what had happened, and it was refreshing to see the young men cleaning, and still having great attitudes and dancing tot heir music and having fun! They worked their tails off till about 6pm cleaning that entire Hotel just the two of them and all the rooms! Very impressed! Whoever runs this Hotel, I sure hope you are aware of the amazing staff you have and I sincerely hope you treat them right and compensate their hard work and loyalty!

The rooms were not the cleanest but not the worst, I was not as upset because I knew they had been short staffed and there was only two people cleaning that entire Hotel, we stayed over two nights and had to get towels from the front desk because they were so far behind on cleaning rooms, I believe they were still catching up around 5pm. I felt so bad for them. It was a two young men that normally didn't clean rooms but they were def busting tail to get them done! The breakfast was not very good, they kept running out of food but again, they were very busy and I believe that issue was more on the families letting kids just grab and grab until everything was gone. There was ALOT of little league kids at breakfast. The biscuits were cold and tasted stale.

The pool was nice, room was decently clean. The lady that was working night shift when we checked in was WONDERFUL! She was so very nice to all of us and caught my kids as we were walking out from the pool and offered them towels. Can’t brag on her enough with how extremely nice she was!

The only issue we had with the room was when it stormed the morning of our stay we woke up to a big puddle of water in our room. Not a huge deal for us, we just wiped it up with towels and went on our way but thought it should be known about.

The hotel is one of several properties densely built together right off I-40. My gps directed me to the area, but I didn't see any signage at street level for the hotel. It was late, almost midnight. I called the front desk, and the night clerk, not only stayed on the phone while I navigated his directions (mainly, driving through the parking lot of another hotel), but I could tell by his directions that he was outside the hotel watching for my vehicle. He remained outside and on the phone until he saw that I was headed in the right direction. Even so, he remained on the phone and had my reservation processed and room key ready when I entered the looby. There was no wait time. He handed me the key with a smile, I signed my name, and my 93 year old mom and I made our way to the room and to bed, which after 7 hours of driving, was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when I left the bathroom the next morning, my mother was not in the room. She has Alzheimers and increasing issues with mobility. She is dependent on the use of a cane and can only walk short distances. Because she had wandered off in a strange place, I panicked and went searching. Thankfully, I found her about halfway down the hall in a room that was being serviced. The employees were quickly aware of my mom's condition, and knowing a family member or travel companion would soon be looking for her, respectfully talked with her until my frantic arrival. I am so thankful for hotel staff's friendless, compassion, and efficiency. During this stay, I received more than a good night's sleep and a nice breakfast, I enjoyed more than a comfortable, modern facility. I received more than a friendly face, smile, and "hello" from every staff member I encountered. I experienced true hospitality and peace of mind.

It was clean and was all around a nice hotel I really enjoyed the hotel and the people there was nice and besides the bed the room was accomodating

The bed was a little too firm for my husband and i. I know for him he was complaining of back pain and so it was hard for him to get comfortable. As for me when i woke up I was stiff all over because it was too firm. That was probably my only issue. Other than this was our wedding night so we got there kinda late. So our room wasn't ready when we got there it was still being cleaned then we ended up in a different room altogether. We asked for 2 queens and ended up get a King which wasn't problematic. Like I said it was all accommodating. The only real issue was the bed was just too firm for us.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, accommodating. Great price for the room, breakfast was typical continental. We got to breakfast 30 min before it closed so a lot of it was gone by then but there was enough variety for my son and I still. Animal friendly but other than seeing a few dogs we couldn't tell they were there. We didn't notice any barking, the dogs were leashed and cleaned after. Late check out was 1230p for an additional $20 but well worth it for us.

Late check out was additional $20, worth it, but the other time I got a late check out from another hotel it was fee free. Breakfast was hit and miss by 930. There were waffle mix cups spilled in the counter tops for a while. Tables were not cleaned between clients and no syrup. Staff was busy tho so maybe it was just one of those days. Shower knob needs replaced. Would fall back to cold or hot if not placed in just the right position.

At Last- A dream I can speak to. A time traveler would not know if he/she had moved back or forth in time. I hope to spend time here with the love of my life if I get that. The staff are incredible, the hotel is beautiful. Coffee shop down stairs. The Jazz Playhouse in the building is an experience to never be missed. Nayo Jones is now officially my favorite jazz singer and has brought life to New Orleans. Her sass and that brass is everything. The doors open your life straight to Bourbon Street! The view from my window was the life of the city itself. I cannot wait to go back. Hold hands and walk with your lover here for at least a week. The fitness center was wonderful. Valet parking. Breakfast cost not included.

I do wish there were at least a night to which I could bring my children to experience the jazz playhouse. Children need this exposure to talent and culture. I ant to bring my kids to experience jazz there and stay there. More than anything.

Bed comfy. Had pool. No smell in room. Air conditioner worked. Tv worked. Friendly staff at checkin. Pool warm.

Older teens were rowdy in pool, my kid was worried for their safety and they were bothering others Someone peed in pool while there also. Dirty water before that.

We got into town wayyy late but I had called ahead of time and the girl I got was SOOOOOOO amazing and she made me giggle so a plus. Lol when we got there even later than expected and I pulled up she said "you must be Raven" and it was truthfully the easiest part of the longest car ride. Aside from the awesome friendly staff it was clean, quiet, in a good location and the breakfast although we didn't eat it smelled amazing. This is definitely our new conway stay.

Absolutely loved the friendliness of the staff as well as the cleaners, everything was exceptionally well will be re booking this hotel again!

The only negative comment I could leave is the fact that the indoor pool was closed due to repairs 6/20/24, and the beds were very firm still got a full night's rest however that's all negative that I can say

The room was very clean, smell good, food was delicious! Staff was very nice and helpful, restaurants are near and the highway is too! The room was really Big and I love that's, the others customers was nice!!! I will stay there all the time when I go to Arkansas

The Pool was too Hotttt for the summer! Arkansas was really Hot and I couldn't enjoy the pool because the had the heat turned up too high in the Pool, to my understanding they did cut the heat down!
