Druscilla checked us in. She is absolutely fantastic. She was pleasant and very helpful. We had come to visit with family who has been ill. She inquired how our family member was doing, after learning why we were in town. Very sweet and personable.

Dang, we would have enjoyed bacon at breakfast. We laughed that the sign showed bacon but it was false advertising. We ate the sausage instead.

Cleanliness and accommodating staff

We had requested the room to be cleaned (we did have a pet with us but took her for the day) but it wasn’t done. We were doing dorm move in and didn’t come back until late late evening and no trash was removed and the linens were not changed so that was as a bit disappointing

The breakfast was good and the accommodations were comfortable and clean.

Throughout our visit, we smelled the odor of a sanitizing solution that was reminiscent of the covid era. The odor was in the lobby, the hallway and even in the room. Fortunately, in the morning, the smell of the food overcame the odor once you were in the dining area.

Easy, close access from I-40. Pleasantly pleased that it was quieter than expected (being right off the freeway.) Breakfast was well above average.

The showerhead was okay, but not my favorite. I did not care for the color combination of wallpaper and carpet in the hallway (changing one or the other would improve the aesthetic appeal.)

Beds were comfortable and in-room amenities were as expected.

The walls seem to be paper-thin. We could hear conversations from other guests on both sides of the room. I’ve been to other hotels where you may hear some noise, but this hotel seems to allow the noise to carry across the hotel and made resting difficult at times.

Clean and staff very kind, good breakfast options.

Older and needs some updates. Huge bathroom with no place for items. No kleenex offered. Also Needs some shelves. Closet in odd spot for such a large room. Not enough towels for amount of people booked. TV blew out smoke in bedroom, luckily we had another one where sofa bed was.

It was clean, comfortable and felt safe. I liked the availability of a tub with the shower. The breakfast choices were good. I enjoyed having hot scrambled eggs.

It was difficult to adjust the air conditioning. It kept wanting to fiercely blow cold air even though I set the temperature higher.

Everything was perfect! The lady at the front desk was exceptional! She had an amazing heart and her hospitality was off the chart! Every hotel should have someone like her!

My only complaint is the small pillows on the bed. There were 4 but they were small and not too comfortable.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time from the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful even the next morning they were polite & helpful. The room was super clean, spacious and temperature awesome! The breakfast was great as well - cooked perfectly & fresh. This will be my hotel home when I return for future business trips.

Clean! Very comfortable. Great breakfast with Oatmeal bar and Hot Cocoa bar for winter. . If you are a veteran, call for discount!

I wish my shower was hotter. I should have showered earlier or at night. It was peak time so warm water was all it had. The bath products were top of the line
