All my interactions with staff were stellar. Visiting from Atlanta where customer service is very lackluster, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and great southern hospitality. The room was clean and well stocked. There was ample parking. And the location was perfect - located across from Walmart, within a 2-min drive to several restaurants, and right off the interstate.

The hotel was difficult to find as it’s located behind another hotel in a cluster of hotels with no signage.

Breakfast was not available. That was the only downfall, but room was nice.

The floor we were on was under going construction And they had an old, ugly recliner chair in our room. When we call the front desk about it.vthey said it could not be moved , so they gave us an extra sheet to put over it.

The bed was very comfortable… we loved the induction cooktop… liked that there was no carpet ! Disappointed about no continental breakfast !

Everything was great staff was friendly and polite, it was clean and great location I most definately would book again.

no complaints wish they had a pool but it was fine without one.

They didn’t offer breakfast or a pool. There was a kitchenette but I don’t want to cook. Also offer more than one coffee pod.

The beds were extremely comfortable I love the full size refrigerator and kitchenette. The free laundry facilities and weight room. Everything I need at this hotel for my perfect stay.

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up.

The only thing I wish they had was more outlets by the bed..

My ice machine in my room wouldn’t work and the hotel ice machine was out of order.

The location is great. I travel to this area for medical treatment, the hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's always been quite, which is something you can't say about a lot of places.

Great staff, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and pet friendly.

There wasn’t a hot breakfast, but it was ok because we were there for Thanksgiving with family. Had plenty of food to fill us up later.
