The friendliness of the staff when we checked in, clean rooms, smelled nice & comfy beds. We stayed in a suite with 6 of us & the price was decent.

There was no way to buy pop or diet Pepsi. Also, there are no vending machines. I had to send my son-in-law to the store to buy some pop, water & snacks.

Breakfast was standard. Coffee was good.

Wi-Fi didn’t work and after the third call about it. My wife and 5 boys I was traveling with, I got aggravated and decided to use my own personal WiFi box. Which doesn’t really work well between 3 rooms.

It's location is convenient when I come to visit. The hot tub was a welcome benefit at the end of the evening.

Of all the visits to the Holiday inn in Conway this is the first time I had a bed that was uncomfortable.

We will stay here again when we visit family. The building is being remodeled but they have kept it extremely clean. The double queen room with handicap accessible features was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a mix of fresh and packaged goods. All the freshly prepared foods were cooked well and changed out timely. The staff was so pleasant and attentive!

The front desk was very helpful in planning my stay. I called ahead to verify details and make sure the scheduling would work for our activities. The lady working there went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated.

This was our second year staying at this location. Was not disappointed at all this year! Very clean, close to any and everything that we possibly needed.

Breakfast wasn’t ready the last day of our stay. It made it really inconvenient for a hotel full of volleyball players. Also, the hot tub doesn’t work and has paint flaking off inside of it.

Great breakfast! Hot tub and pool were great! Hotel was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

The pool was clean and well maintenanced. The location was convenient to the interstate and shopping.i appreciated the turkey sausage and veggie omelette for breakfast.

Renovations made it smell like paint and new carpet. Breakfast was a little late.

Modern look and feel with updated features. Loved the closet space as well as the drawers and plenty of space for everyone's items. Fitness center was adequate with plenty of various weights and equipment.
