The staff here is amazing. They keep this place running like a 5 star. Only place I recommend when traveling through the state. Stayed here multiple times and has become my families only stop when traveling through the area. Only hotel to convince me to become a Hilton member. Central location to anything you could need as a traveler (grocery, dining, entertainment, etc. Indoor pool keeps the kids excited for the stay and wears them down to get to sleep proper. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had, always fresh with variety for anyone. Also going to name drop Mr Caleb on the front desk again, this young man we look forward to every time we come here. If this young man isn’t being tapped for some kind of management position, you’re wasting this young man’s potential.

They do so well at keeping the guests happy that I have to post all these positive reviews every time we stay and risk this gem being discovered and no vacancy when we need to stay here. 😂

We stay in Conway often for family and leisure. Close to everything you could need for a night over. Clean, safe, friendly staff. Pool was clean and great for the kids. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at an economy hotel. Had an issue with some bed sheets and getting new ones, took a couple frustrating back and forth exchanges until the issue was rectified. The manager Caleb is an asset to this establishment. Went above and beyond to take care of us and got all issues sorted out. All in all a great place, we will keep this as our frequent regular when we pass through this area.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a while! Check in was really quick and the person who checked us in was so friendly. The lobby smelled really good and everything looked very clean and modern. Our room was great! My wife and I stayed in a king room and the bed was really comfy. The room was large and very clean. The TV was big and had a variety of channels to choose from and even had apps that allowed us to watch other movies/shows. One of the best things about this room was that the window had two easy to use blinds that covered the whole window. This was nice because it allowed the room to be darker in the morning without light peeping through. The bathroom was really clean and the water got hot instantly and stayed hot throughout showers. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from. My wife enjoyed the waffles. Check out was easy and we were a bit sad to go. We would definitely stay here again because the location, atmosphere, and staff were all great!

Breakfast was different the two mornings we ate there. They had omelettes the first morning, but not the next. This wasn't a problem, it would just be nice to have those again! It would also be nice to have a fan in the bathroom in our room since it got foggy during showers, but this is not a make or break thing for us.

It was close to food and shopping. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was kind and accommodating and efficient. There wasn’t one unpleasant person. They were wonderful! The rooms were so clean (I own a cleaning business so I know clean)- probably the best I’ve ever seen from a hotel. We were totally happy with our stay. We even picked hanging out in the room over shopping because it was so comfortable.

Staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable and bigger than expected. Everything was well kept throughout the hotel and the complimentary breakfast had a lot of good options.

I really feel like everything in the hotel met my expectations. However the Mexican restaurant nearby did not have good food, but we were told they’re more known for their drinks :)

Super clean newer hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff, easy on and off the freeway plus out of the hustle and bustle of Little Rock, laundry facilities, good breakfast. We are on an extended trip across the US so this was a great place to rest for the night. I accidentally left a blouse hanging in the closet, but the staff was so helpful to mail it back to me!

Only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the laundry and both were already in use when I got there. It took a bit longer to get my 2 loads done, but the fitness room was right next door so I got in a little time on the treadmill during my wait!

felt that it could have been cleaned better... not the worst, but not the best. The food at all the hotels is always 'just there' ... nothing great, nothing exceptional, so we usually don't eat anything when we are there.

When we checked in, Melissa was so delightful. It was wonderful to see someone who enjoyed their job. On top of that, check in was quick and easy! We were able to get to out room easily and rest after a long drive.

Nothing really. There were several exits that were not re entries that made me a little annoyed when walking my dog.

That they charge me a pet fee of $100 and did not tell me upfront how much that would be. The other hotels that we have stayed in on this trip or only $25 and one of them was a Hampton Inn. I should have disclose that online, but definitely when I checked in.

Staff was extremely helpful. We discovered that the TV in our room didn’t work and the desk clerk came up to the room to try and fix it. He discovered the cable box was broken and immediately offered to put us in another room. Phenomenal customer service.
