For the most part it was clean. Great location. The staff was super helpful!

The first room ranked. The stench was horrible!! The young lady did give us a different room. It was pleasant- the neighbor was loud - I wish there was sound proof rooms or a limit to how loud the tv could be.

1) carpet in room needs to be cleaned or possibly replaced. 2) stopper in the sink in the bathroom was stuck crooked so it was difficult for the water to drain out.

1) breakfast was a little expensive. $14.50 for a small omlette and coffee.

The breakfast was great. I loved being able to place an order and have it cooked to order.

The beds weren't all that comfortable. I would have liked to have a bigger television.

I didn't get any. You had to be a higher level member to get a breakfast included. Was surprised. But all good.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room very clean and comfortable. hotel areas, including elevators were kept clean and smelled fresh.

The hottest the shower got was luke warm. This was not during peak times when lots of people are typically showering at the same time. This was at 10:00 pm when there was no hot water. I don't pay good money to have a room with only a luke warm shower.

We loved the room and the price was excellent.

We were surprised that the breakfast wasn’t included. However we were VERY pleased with the hotel.

The pool was too cold to swim in.
