Clean, my request to avoid fragrances and deodorants was honored. All was in order. We were grateful for a no smoking hotel. The room was attractive if soulless.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

I reserved at 3pm ish while on a train that ended up being two hours late due to weather and another train with issues. I called to be sure we would still have a room and the gal was very nice. We arrived close to 11pm and the employee gave up her parking spot for us to park as they were sold out due to the snow storm! Glad you had space and we stayed safe off the roads. Thank you!

No elevator, however, I do understand it would be an added expense with upkeep.... stairs are not always easy.

clean, comfortable room, close to food, the front desk evening girl was amazing as I arrived late in evening driving across country she helped me find a spot to park with my moving trailer ( which could not back up) that was close to my room. she was so polite, helpful and really made my t stay so enjoyable while I rested to coni the my trip across country - as a single woman driving alone she went over and above to help accommodate my needs and truest made me feel welcomed in the most cheerful way and even at the 10 pm hour greeted me with a happy helpful attitude ! i believe her name was Allie and she is an huge asset to the company ! I revel from MN to TX several times a year and I will always come here as I rest on my journey 😍

The motel is located behind a gas station and big rig parking with an active railroad across the highway.

Walls a little thin, could hear people in next room. Luckily, they retired early.

very friendly and helpful. rooms updated, comfortable beds and clean. we came in bad weather, late with a travel trailer. They helped with finding parking. Breakfast area accommodating and clean.
