First, its pristine. It's a very clean hotel from what I observed. It was comfortable and I had everything I needed.. The lady who checked me in got me back into my Choice app again. I had points on there but had been locked out a while. Good stay overall. Nice breakfast too

There was only one thing. It just seemed to have an odd "feel" to it. Kind of tense. I guess people around me were talking loudly and actively in/out of rooms during the evening. It was fine, nobody bothered me directly, but it just felt odd for some reason. Not relaxed.

Room very clean and tidy. Hotel re-carpeted, painted. Pool was very clean, and heated. Management was kind enough to open it a little before stated hours for me. Breakfast was very fine, with eggs, pork sausage links, variety of yogurt, muffins, hot and cold cereal, waffle maker, Hot chocolate, fruit juices, fresh fruit, etc. Coffee maker is new, and makes good coffee. Front staff was able to let us in our room a couple of hours early, much appreciated.

Great location for Des Moines Metro Opera performances. Comfortable bed. Reading chair with good light. Waffle machine at breakfast. Fridge and microwave in room for self-catering.

This was the third hotel I've stayed at recently which had beds with such thick box springs and mattresses that I, as a short-legged woman, had some difficulty getting into bed!

I was spending time in Indianola for a conference and needed a place to sleep. This motel hit the mark. Everything I needed (free wifi, coffee, breakfast) and nothing I didn't (high prices). We didn't try the pool, but it was open when we were there.

Breakfast was heavy on carbs and not on protein, but I wasn't expecting more than they offered. It was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at this Quality Inn. I was welcomed with wonderful staff. The facility was very clean. I had a ton of space in my room and my bed was very comfy. I enjoyed the free breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.

Remodeled, refurnished.. very nice indoor pool. Very nice staff.

Prior stays here we enjoyed boiled eggs and hot chocolate with breakfast. We stayed 4 nights this time, but never had eggs or chocolate provided. Breakfast was otherwise good.

Great location rite off the highway. Toby at front desk was very nice and helpful.

Facilities just ok. Average breakfast.

Very clean, and very comfortable beds.

Bathroom was a bit small with sink separate from same, but we would return without hesitation.

When I tried to open my room door, I followed the directive attached to the knob: "pull up on handle"---a desk helper came down and said, "that line shouldn't be on there"--"you need to push down"--and the door immediately opened. None of the other doors had that note on. The helper said as we walked from the desk to my room 118, "this door HAS been finnicky." Check it out, please.

The location was great since I was going to the Des Moines Airport. The breakfast was really good.
