The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well-stocked and eating area was clean. There were nice gathering spaces outdoors and indoors. Parking was very convenient. It was close to food and shopping options. The apples were a nice touch.

While we very much appreciated being on an end room near exit stairs, we were on the end closest to the highway and did notice the traffic noise quite a bit.

The staff were nice, polite. I loved the digital locks instead of regular keys. I tend to lose the keys or lock myself out, and also this just felt more secure having your own door code to memorize. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. They had a regular size luggage rack (I hate the small ones). The refrigerator was a little larger than just a small one, so that was nice. The lighting in the room was adequate! Low lighting gives me headaches and eye problems...so I loved adequate lighting The hotel was easy to work with too.

The Price was quite high and when I arrived they added a steep security deposit. My budget as a retired woman is meager, so it was difficult (esp the added security deposit which I received no warning about). However for what I paid, I did feel I got my money's worth, since I had a restful and pleasant stay.

The staff was very kind and welcoming! The room was very clean and comfortable and it was a good rate. The breakfast included protein (hard boiled eggs), biscuits and gravy, and more. I would recommend this property for your next visit to Indianola.

The night staff ! They had no one on duty past 11p-front door was only accessible with a code and the number to call to check in ,she answered didn’t explain who she was ,said the manager was gone and then wanted our name and number instead of the person at the door trying to check in ! It was nuts

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were there for a sporting event and felt very welcome. Bobby is a gem. The breakfast was perfect, and you really can't beat the location. If we're ever back that way, Hotel Pommier is where we'll stay.

Unfortunately, our bedroom was very cold. Cold air was gushing into the bedroom area from the old windows. We had to bring in a space heater since the room was so cold.

I was very excited to see they have a treadmill on site in the fitness center. It was like new, safe and clean, helped me stay on track with my fitness journey. I loved the corn pic on the wall in my room.

Wish they also included in your room a small bar of Dove soap. They do stock liquid soap and lotion in bulk in containers attached to the wall. However, having a bar of soap is always a go to.

Clean bedding, Space, Desk available, Stocked soap for washing hands, Make up remover was very nice to have on hand. I loved being able to control the temperature of the room. Keeping it cool. The front desk was very friendly.

The towels were not soft at all. Very cheap and rough to the skin. I wish the quality was a bit better. The toilet didn't have water pressure to flush very well. Had to fill up the ice bucket with water to drop in the tank to flush.

The staff is amazing. This was our second year staying at the Pommier for our track clinic. It is clean, convenient and comfortable. We will be back next year.
