Room & hotel were clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's located on main hwy but very quiet surroundings. Parking close to entrance near the room. The room was clean, well stock, nice bed linens, fridge, and a/c cold. I also appreciate that rooms don't have carpet. None of that stale smell at all!

With all that was good, I was surprised that the bed was VERY uncomfortable. Both of us had a hard time sleeping & it left us stiff and sore. A simple memory foam topper would go a long way to increasing comfort.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

The breakfast options were adequate. I think I've been spoiled by other Quality Inns that included hot foods. This one did have a microwave to warm foods and the waffle iron to make your own waffles. But, I missed the scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh pastries, and fresh biscuits and gravy that were included in breakfasts at other Quality Inns.

Easy access. Clean and comfortable bed. Clean towels and wash clothes. Plenty of Parking. The staff was great.

The slamming door by our room 110. The door needs a pneumatic door closer added to the door. We could not stay asleep due to people coming in and out of door all times of the night. We left early due to this problem.

All staff was great ,with the exception of the young woman on our last day. On the last day the young woman didn't respond to greeting, showed annoyance when asked if we could get coffee at the included breakfast at 8am when both containers were empty. She was clearly absorbed with deep discussion with young man and was not to be bothered. Rest of the staff was great.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft. The thing I did not like was the loud fan every time you turn on the bathroom light. This was very annoying and unnecessary. Please separate the light and fan switch. I loved the little basket of teabags, instant coffee, cups, napkins and sticks for stirring. Everything we needed. Did not go down for breakfast, but I hear you offer yogurt which is super. Just get those switches separated and you will truly have a Quality Inn.

As mentioned, the loud annoying fan in the bathroom every time the lights were switched on.

Staff were friendly and professional. Location was perfect for my visit. Room was comfortable and clean.

Disappointed that Quality Inn cannot provide better breakfast items, especially fresh fruit. Hot meals of scrambled eggs, bacon and eggs and biscuits/gravy would be a real plus to the stay.

The hotel was easy to find. I loved the staff if I had a problem, they took care of it. It was an older hotel but the way they renovated it was lovely. I enjoyed the peace and quiet.

There was a slight mildew smell from the A/C unit, but water and tea tree oil could take care of that.

Beds were extremely comfortable staff was very pleasant and the free breakfast was very good with a good variety of food to choose from. It looks as if they are about to renovate and yes I would stay again!

The bathroom was a little small but ok

It's very clean and quiet. Teresa was very friendly. Everything in the room worked. I will stay there again.

There was no carpet on the floor. I forgot my bedroom slippers and my feet were cold on the floor. No fresh fruit for breakfast.

A "two star" location with excellent beds, total quiet, total cleanliness, and a good breakfast is not a two star location.
