Our room was large and immaculately clean. The woman who checked us in was truly nice, and the staff were VERY kind in letting us store our bags while we were gone during the day (after we'd checked out). For being located on a very busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet--although I can imagine that being different on a weekday--and the hotel itself is very charmingly spread across a couple of different, lovely old buildings around a courtyard. We only stayed one night, but I would happily stay there again.

The pillows were terribly flat, and the complete inability to control the room temperature, while fairly standard in Switzerland, is not ideal. Especially since the hotel *is* located on a busy road, and so sleeping with the windows open is impossible. Minor complaints.

- Lovely little hotel very conveniently located near the train station. It was perfect for hiking in the surrounding area. - The room was clean and comfortable. Despite our room facing a road it was very quiet at night. - The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, which added to the overall ease of our stay.

- The breakfast could include more vegan options. However, I hadn't inquired in advance and wasn't expecting anything beyond the "norm". I was glad that they had oat milk.

Very noisy on the city side, unfortunately no AC, when warm weather probably difficult to sleep. The path to the car park wasn’t flat in fact you had to walk over something like a boccia course.

There is nothing we did not really like.

comfortable parking lot, wide breakfast, easy to access and the whole facility very clean. I appreciated the staff who was helpful and cheerful. Definitely a location to stay again

the room was located in a busy road. Luckily it was Sunday so no much noise but i cannot imagine during the weekdays. Before accessing the parking lot you would need to stop in front of the hotel for the checkin and all the formalities and there's no room where to park.

Bathroom and toilet only screened from the bedroom by sliding translucent panels, which offer limited privacy and make it almost impossible to use the bathroom discretely during the night without waking your partner

Very friendly staff. Excellent facilities to park car (with bicycles) in gated hotel parking and locked room for bicycles. The possibility to leave our car overnight, after checking out, while we were cycling. Nice room with very comfy bed and nice modern bathroom. Top location, just outside the old town (1 minute walk), easy to reach.

Although a 3-star hotel, the standard is far more a superior 4-star one. Great central location, ultra comfortable bed and stylish room, helpful staff who were on hand to deal with an unexpected hospital visit.

No minibar or fridge, parking situation not easy (I used the street parking outside, in theory limited to 2h before 1800, but I never received a parking ticket ... yet), lack of air conditioning in the room could be problematic in the summer months as the rooms facing the street get a lot of 24/7 traffic noise.

Although the building is old; the room was very clean, entirely recently reshaped with a modern bathroom with an Italian shower. Staff very nice and diligent

Only the lack of a small fridge makes makes the room not perfect. To note: the bathroom door cannot be locked, the mattress was a little bit too smooth for me but this is a taste issue
