The owner is delightful, the location perfect for walking into town and the room is spacious. The TV wasn't working when I arrived and the owner got it fixed without delay. I also liked the cooking facilities with good size fridge and freezer. Parking was always easy and no traffic noise at night.

A comfy chair in the room would have been great as I was staying for over a week. As the room was upstairs there was only one outside chair which was tight for space. Also bring your own shower gel as there are only small bars of soap and small bottles of conditioning shampoo available.

The Two-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View (unsurprisingly) was amazing (see my photo of the view attached). The room is a two-story loft-style apartment with a kitchen - including a dishwasher and washing machine. Both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms have an ensuite. The bottom ensuite even had a huge spa bath! The price was very reasonable, especially for the week between Christmas and New Year's.

There was nothing I didn't like. Just one very minor note - the top floor is quite creaky, so the light sleepers might want to avoid sleeping in the bottom room.

Room was lovely, spacious airy and well equipped, the seperates bedroom was fab and the large bathroom had a spa bath aswell as a shower It was on the front overlooking the sea so some traffic noise with sun in the morning. Rooms at the back overlooking the pool were quieter and sunny later but no sea view. Laundry was good and the lines for drying a bonus as we had been travelling Pool was fab with loungers all outdoor areas were clean.with comfy chairs

The location was good, and it was easy to find. There was free parking onsite. The man on reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable. It was also quiet, and well-equipped. It was good to have a wardrobe and drawers so that we could unpack fully. The swimming pool and BBQ areas were clean and, although we didn't use either (the weather wasn't great) both areas looked good. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was a good place to stay. The only minor issue was that the fridge in our room was noisy when it started up, waking us up, but we easily went back to sleep again.

Our room was ocean front and had a small balcony with two chairs and a table kitchen area reasonably well equipped. Comfortable bed. Bathroom a little dated but very spacious. Didn’t get to use the pool as weather wasn’t great but it looked good. Best thing was the welcome we received from Viv on reception, included good information on the local area, places to eat etc. We really appreciated this.

Slightly more expensive than most other places we stayed with slightly less in terms of amenities both in room and outside (eg no pool towels provide). Parking area pretty tight!

The standard self-contained rooms had everything we needed for one night. We used the heated pool, and enjoyed some Netflix in the evening. The previous night we had stayed in the two-bedroom ocean-view room, which was obviously a lot nicer. If you have the budget, definitely go for the ocean-view rooms. But I'm just glad we managed to secure last-minute accommodation between Christmas and New Year's.

No complaints - just wish the ocean-view rooms were not sold out

We stayed in the pool view apartment. It had everything we needed for a family of 5 (washer/dryer combo, fridge, dishwasher, two bathrooms. Kids were in the pool almost every day. Close to town and coffee/juicebar across the road. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The local birds came for a visit every day

The pool has no shade, so we used our coobana on the day it was 41 degrees.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was close to the beautiful town jetty and esplanade. The pool and playground (while we didn't use them) looked appealing for families. Staff at reception were friendly.

The washing machine unfortunately had a gliche on the day we used it, took our $5 and gave us wet soggy clothes as it stopped mid cycle. Thankfully there was a clothes line and a dry day to get the job finished.

The staff very friendly and helpful excellent customer service. The room I like the fact that provide mini kitchen for easy takeout meal if we don’t feel like dining in. The location right in front of Jetty stunning view. Big space of outside parking the underground parking to squeeze for my car. Would definitely come back again.

The underground car park too squeeze for my car however the property provides car park outside.

Friendly helpful Manager, clean room, great location, great pool and bbq area, laundry facilities, in room cutlery and plates, microwave . Will definitely stay again.

A communal sink at the BBQ area would be a great addition so dishes dont have to be washed in the bathroom sink. Rooms are a little dated but still good value for money
