The place is always comfy and quiet; plus we enjoy how the staff treats us when we arrive at the hotel. Plus housekeeping is always on point too....Management always fulfills our needs completely at all times too....Thanks for having a great hotel with great amenities too... Thanks The Sanchez Family.

That couldn't stay longer to enjoy the peace and quiet...

I love the location and it is within walking distance of many restaraunts. The pool was really nice as well. They had a workout room but didnt get a chance to use it this time.

The lady that works in the mornings is very rude and has an ulgy attitude. I could hear her from my room cussing someone out because they did not have a waffel machine or the juice machine turned on. Upon checkin out, she comes out of the room with the 2 fabric softners that i had noticed in the ac vent when we checked in. I didnt think much of it being that this is an old hotel and thought they might do that for the smell. Well has she comes out she says. "Now im not supposed to give you your deposit back because of this, but im going to this time" First of all, either 1, she did not check this room correctly the first time she checked it, or 2 she needs to check with the house keeping staff and see if they left them there. There was absolutly no reason for her to come out being so rude.

I love the fact that they have a pool and the room was large and spacious. They also had a workout area with equipment. They also have breakfast. The water pressure and shower amenities were amazingly well.

With having a pool on a hot day, it felt more like a hot tub. There isn’t much shade in the pool area. The TV was also a bit difficult to deal with and the Wi-Fi although free, was poor service.

Breakfast was not available yet when I departed. Unfortunately no coffee was either...my one disappointment was I wish coffee would have been put on earlier. Perhaps you should consider having a few cheap grab and go options for people who depart slightly earlier than your standard breakfast hours. Many people wake and get going earlier than you, would be nice for them to see this rather than feel alienated for waking earlier than some others.

The place is easily accessible and close to everything.

I didn't like having to pay $25 to checkin a little early. Other places allowed us to w/out any charge if the rooms were available. Also, I wasn't told about the $25 per dog for pet fee.

Breakfast was a little small ,but was still good. I would highly recommend to family and friends about my wonderful stay and about the beauty of the Holet. And the wonderful staff. I was very satisfied!!!!

Again the breakfast could have been better But everything was really great So nothing else I can say

It was a very enjoyable place. I didn't say I needed a downstairs unit but the person made sure I had one.

The only thing different could be a longer breakfast

The front desk clerk Andy was very good. He was very cordial very nice or old property. It was clean.

The water in the tub drained slowly

It was a very clean place. The staff was very friendly. It’s a very convenient location.

The only complaint I had was my TV would not work!
