Clean, roomy, comfortable, in a good area.

Bed is super firm from a westerner's perspective. There was some construction across the street, which caused us to stay elsewhere on our way out of town. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

Very limited breakfast cereal options. I bring my own.

The bathroom is very dark, which is not good for shaving.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was large.

Elevator a bit weird. No air-conditioning. Hot water limited.

We arrived in a morning time and they were so kind to give us free check-in much earlier. Staff was very friendly so we enjoy our stay! Great price, amazing location! There is a nice massage salone in tje basement.

The staff are wonderful especially the young lady who works at the main hotel - the view over Sukhbatar Sqaure is great especially during Nadam festival when the square hosts a large concert and fireworks! Best seats in the house! If staying during Nadam ask for a room with a view of the square on the 5th level or higher! Beautiful!

Breakfast doesn’t start until 7.30am too late. Start at 6am for breakfast pls.

Great location! Amazing AC after two weeks at other hotels with none. Clean, quiet and spacious I also had an amazing view of the square which was unexpected but a lovely surprise for my last two nights in Mongolia.

Although the staff spoke English and answered basic questions they weren’t overly friendly or approachable.

The bathroom door got locked twice from outside.So,,with the hand shower Those minor hiccups have to be rectified.Coukd be happy,if hotel staff were more fluent in English.
