Absolutely everything. The location, the spaciousness of the apartment, the marvelously comfortable bed, the quiet glide of doors which open and close without a sound, the bathrooms - two! - where everything is stylish and functional, the Nespresso machine - and coffee capsules provided by Katerina, the owner! - the fully equipped kitchen. There is one large bedroom and another room with a single bed, a tv, a table, chairs, low tables for books, bags, beach towels etc. The hallways is long and wide, the balcony perfectly situated so that sitting in comfortable chairs one the balcony is possible even in high winds, which is a blessing in itself. The level of thought that went into designing the property and providing the service for the guests is of the 5-star level. Katerina, the owner, speaks wonderful English, her interaction guests is friendly but unobtrusive, and we only hope that people will stay at her wonderful apartments for weeks, as did we, and thus make their Paleochora experience unforgettable.

Even seasoned travelers like us couldn’t wish for a better experience than this.

The room was a good size and very modern throughout. Aircon worked well and the water pressure was good which is not always a given in Crete. Large private parking available as well which is a big plus. Very close to the beach and local amenities. Check-in and check-out was swift, Katerina was very acommodating and willing to help. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

The entrance door was sagging a bit and didn't open fully - not really an inconvenience but probably should be addressed before it gets worse.

We loved this place!!! It’s totally peaceful and quiet, the beds are brand new and extremely comfortable!!! The air conditioner is very quiet and efficient. We didn’t have to use it a lot although we were there throughout the hottest period in July. Our apartment had a huge terrace in front of the entrance with a table and relaxing chairs that we really enjoyed. There’s also a small balcony on the other side. You won’t have a lot of a sea view as the apartment house is located amongst other houses, but it’s surrounded by trees and a green yard which is being beautifully taken care of. The place is extremely clean and is being cleaned every day!!! The sheets and towels were changed every third day. The location is perfect. Only a short walk to both beaches and to the centre of Paleochora (which is an extremely charming little town). A perfect little bakery, where you also can get very good coffee and fresh orange juice, is just around the corner such as the supermarket. The host is very very kind and friendly. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in a lovely spacious suite for 4 nights, it was modern, spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower great and loved the nespresso coffee maker.

The only small downfall is the bedroom balcony with patio doors faced those of an opposite building in fairly close proximity.

It was prefect. The staff was really nice and helpful for any issue.. The place is just like in the pictures. Clean, alot of space, the kitchen had all that we needed, the balcony was great in the morninges. The bathroom was clean and we had a lot of space for our bags in the room. We had a great time !

Katerina was the absolute best. She gave us her WhatsApp and had an answer for every question we had. The location was incredible as it was central and close to all beaches. We even had a car spot!

great location. a few minutes walk from the beach. ce tre and supermarket/bakery. Most Katerina’s kindness and professionality with guests. the room was perdect spacious with nice balcony and all the necessary to enjoy a stay.
