- Photos dont do this place justice! - Room was one of the most modern rooms ive stayed in - Excellent TV, closet space, safe, bathroom and bed - Interchangeable lights within the room for any setting - Cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful - Laurie on reception and general duties was a gem! So helpful and always smiling - Car park below - Immaculately clean - Very modern - Unbelievable pool - Food is pricey but decent - Great sun lounging area - Breakfast was excellent when included - Close vaccinity to a supermarket and shops in Sarande - Very attentive staff

- One receptionist was not friendly and was bringing a grim vibe to the place - Lift is dodgey as hell - Soap in shower wasn't installed into 3 days into holiday (luckily we had our own) - No discount for staying guests on food or drink. Which was very disappointing

The hotel was immaculate and recently refurbished. We were a family of four and had a 2 bedrooms. It was a in a good spot for Serande, but for us personally, we would have preferred it to be a bit further away from the centre and the traffic. The pool was very welcome. Beds were always available in the morning despite it being peak time during August. The view from the pool and beds was gorgeous. Breakfast was in a lovely setting. Great location for the local supermarket.

For us, the location was a little too central. Outside noise was loud (un-hotel related), but it was great that at midnight all music etc was stopped. We reported that the shutters on one of the bedrooms and the safe didn’t work on the first day but there was no effort to fix either. Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have something different, exactly the same everyday.

If I can give 100 stars, I would. Everything starting from stuff, hotel, food, place is wonderful. The hotel is so clean, the clean ladies are doing their job perfectly, every day day they were cleaning our room and put stuff on their places. We were just amazed how clean and beautiful this hotel is. The pool is beautiful and the hotel is very close to the beach and bars and restorans. Saranda is beautiful. Definitely we are coming here again, we will never change this hotel. 100 stars for the stuff, and plus 100 for the hotel.

Very clean and very attentive staff Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from Very close to the main strip and plenty of restaurants and shops all around Parking being free was a big plus knowing that parking in Saranda is absolutely crazy There is elevators to go from parking to reception and also elevators to go from reception to all the floors The pool was excellent and plenty of beds and umbrellas for everyone WiFi n every room, floor and at the pool was absolutely great Kids were doing their summer school work at the pool and in the rooms with their laptops and WiFi covered everywhere Beach nearby and you could rent across the street 2 chairs and umbrellas at about 2000 Lek (I guess depending on the season) The evening receptionist was absolutely amazing Lots of advice for places around and very pleasant and helpful

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, perfectly situated in a prime location that made exploring the area effortless. While the pool is on the smaller side, it was beautifully maintained and offered a refreshing retreat after a day out. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable , truly a relaxing haven.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The hotel is new, well-maintained, clean, with wonderful staff! The room has everything you need, cool (the air conditioning system is good). The bed is very comfortable, the pillows were soft. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The pool with a wonderful view of the sea! The hotel really maintains a high standard! Thank you, we enjoyed our vacation!

The hotel is located 15min walk from the bus stop. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great but they did run out of quite a few of the hot food items pretty quickly and didn’t refill them that much. The Seaview room was amazing, we had the best view of the water and saw some amazing sunsets. The pool also was also very nice. Very clean and had sunbathing chairs. The hotel also provided pool towels for free if needed.

The wifi was out on the first day that we stayed and it kept going in and out a little bit. This didn’t bother us too much but was just a little annoying. Hot food items for breakfast ran out very fast and we’re not refilled.

Hotel Agimi is perfectly located in Sarandë with beautiful views over the bay. From our room we had nice views on the Greek island of Corfu. There is a very modern swimming pool in the hotel which is illuminated at night. We enjoyed it even in the beginning of November. There is also direct access to the sea just opposite the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern with good beds, and with a modern bath room. We also received towels for the swimming pool.

Unfortunately, the reception desk was never staffed. It is true that October/November is a low season, but it would be good if from time to time there is somebody at the reception desk. When checking in, a colleague from the restaurant had to jump in to do the check in process, calling the person in charge for instructions. When checking out, it was the same, and it took a long time to get the payment receipt printed. Payment by credit card was not possible because the computer was down. The colleague from the restaurant spoke bad English and communication was difficult.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of everything. Rooms have big comfy bed and strong shower. Nice touches like usb next to the bed and dressing table with mirror and chair, safe and coffee machine. The pool was fantastic with great views and very comfy sun loungers. The breakfast was also very plentiful and fresh. Parking on site and very friendly reception staff.

Special thanks to your restaurant, all the waiters and cooks and everyone who took part in preparing our food. Your food is incredibly delicious! Your room was very comfortable with a wonderful view from our balcony. Thank you a million times for this wonderful vacation with beautiful sunsets! You are the best team of this hotel.
