Right in the centre of town. Lovely, modern room with a great shower.

The parking isn’t actually at the house. It’s a good 5 min walk away on the square or main road: not a dealbreaker for us but might be for some. It was difficult to find a space when we came back at night.

It’s right in the middle of the beautiful historic centre of Modugno. Lovely rooms, very clean and our host Simona was very responsive and accommodating as our flight got in very late.

Loved everything about it and Modugno! A small note: entry stairs are steepish. Wasn’t a problem for our group but might be tricky for very elderly or those with mobility issues.

Newly remodeled rooms with comfortable beds and clean rooms and bathrooms.

Located within a ZTL zone, so no driving close to location but good amount of parking along perimeter of historical center. Little is explained about checkin/checkout procedure or about breakfast situation until I asked.

The stay was amazing! The room was humble, cosy, very clean, with air conditioning, 3 towels, a small shampoo set and so on, with even two balconies and a nice view of the old city. The location is also great because it is a quiet and safe place and you can nicely commute to Bari (20 mins walk to train station and then max. 10 mins by train to Bari Centrale for 1,10 euros). There was breakfast included which was in a nearby small cafe (croissants or any other type of sweets and coffee, very nice owner). The owner was so kind and caring (asking several times if it is everything okay, he gave us tips on what to see, and so on). I 100% recommend it!

On the main door could be a sticker or something that here is the accommodation because we were a bit confused according to Google maps but locals told us where to go, however, the owner was very communicative and kind and he was immediately there at the time we said that we will arrive. So this is just a tiny tip for the owner :)

The breakfast was very poor. I was also in Salerno and Torre Lapilo and the breakfast were also poor. Only sweets, no fruits, no vegetable, no milk, ham or chees, nothing. I think the breakfast are like that in south of Italy.

For people who don’t travel light there is no lift, because the house is in the historic place.

Tasty breakfast (croissant + cappuccino), nice and clean apartment located in the centre of Modugno.

The bed mattress was too soft.

The host was very friendly, he even helped us with a taxi to the Airport. The room was pretty good and with a very reasonable price point.

The thing I didn't like was the location. Pretty hard to get there if you didn't have a car and the taxi was a little expensive. Everybody we asked said there was no bus or train to take you there

It was surprisingly good location with perfect view from cozy balcony. Clean. All seems to be new and nice.

Rather steep stairs - difficult to reach room with luggage.
