Excellent accommodation. I rarely give 10 but Domus Nikolai deserves it. Very good contact with the staff. They can help any moment via whatsup. We could check in at 10 a.m. and visit the city. Very clean in the apartment, cleaning service is every day, like in a hotel. The apartment is very well-equipped, there is also a small kitchen unit, with a sink, a kettle, a coffee machine, a micro, an egg machine. And you get a free of charge breakfast in the fridge every day, with delicious ham, yogurt, cheese, jam, apple cakes etc. You have to buy your own bread and vegetables though. Beds are very, very comfortable and the apartment was very quiet . I am a very light sleeper but I've read opinions here, in booking and risk. The people were right, one can sleep very well in here. The trains do not disturb, you can hear them very little. And it is 600 metres from the station so it's a perfect location to visit local towns. The tho old town in Bari it's 1 km of a very pleasant wold through Murat district with lots of shops, and little bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood was safe. We had a marvellous stay.

I liked the arrangements made for a comfortable stay - within a compact space you have also a table with chairs to sit on, some drawers, etc. Comfortable bed, lighting, etc. All very clean and thought over to serve well. Special thanks for the complimentary breakfast, it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent quality for the price!

The staff at reception was very polite and helpful. However, reception is available only after 3 pm, for check-in. This can be a bit of a problem- probably there can be some self-check-in arrangement or an option to leave luggage if you arrive earlier? Otherwise, I would recommend the place. Location is also ok, so close to Centrale and central area of Bari.

We had an outstanding stay at our accommodation in Bari, Italy. Everything was superb – the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable, and the comfort level exceeded our expectations. The value for money was excellent, offering far more than we anticipated. Although breakfast was not included, the thoughtful provision of snacks, fruits, yogurt, sandwich ingredients, coffee, and tea made our mornings delightful. Our family felt truly welcomed and cared for, making our stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Communication was excellent and staff went over and above to make us welcome. An unexpected free breakfast every day was very welcome and the availability of very reasonably priced wine, snacks etc was a great bonus. The accommodation is very handy for the train station, which is why we booked here. Bari old town is also within walking distance.

If arriving late at night (as we did) we were advised to take a taxi from the airport (€25). This proved to be a very good idea as the taxi driver was able to locate the property - I'm not sure we would have found it ourselves so easily. Having said this, had we had problems, I'm sure the staff would have been able to help us further.

The staff were flexible with sign in and the place was clean and tidy. The shower a little small but triple Italian style so can’t complain really. The place was the typical price you pay for this time of year and a last minute booking. We were happy. The rooms were big and the balcony nice. Plenty of food options nearby plus great little friendly neighbour hood.

Good location, very close to train station and city center. I did not feel unsafe walking from the centre, as other people said.Despite the station proximity, the room was quiet and the AC worked fine. Nice to have coffee and some stuff for breakfast.

Small details would make it better-new paint, covering the small whole in the wall, fresh air-maybe some air conditioning cleaning.

The service was amazing. We had a free breakfast, and they have been filling in every morning. The location of the apartment was close to the main train station. The apartment was spacious, it has everything you need. It wasn't that far from the old city. Walking distance about 20 min. The value for the mobey was great. Recommendation:).

- the room was very clean, furnished in Ikea style - safety deposit box - everyday cleaning - very good breakfast (common area well organised with a common fridge, microwave, coffee mashine etc) - the description corresponds to reality (there is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb) - 8 walking minutes from the railway (Bari Centrale) and 20 minutes walking from the old town (Bari Vecchio) - very good rate quality-price - very good communication with the host - luggage deposit for a few hours during the day

- the location (the railway station zone is very dirty and there are a lot of homeless people); Bari itself is a dirty city! Of course, this is not a fact to blame the property for, but the municipality :(

It’s a cozy place 15mins on feet from the city centre. They provided little snacks and breakfast (bacon, eggs, apple , yogurt etc). We could store our luggage and Gabriele let us in our room before check in time ! :) It is very close to the airport only 17mins by train and (3mins walk to reach the station)

Few of the walls are a bit thinner and if you have less considerate neighbors you can hear them (mainly from the corridor ). :(

Very cosy and clean room. It's have everything that you need for short or long staying. Nice hairdryer, spacious bathroom, clean towels and etc.. Everything was great. We appreciate very high that everyday the room was cleaned. Our host was very helpful and make our staying much better. Domus Nikolai is very close to train stop Quantino Sella, which can be used from and to airport. Thanks a lot to all of the staff!
