The wonderful reception and restaurant staff (breakfast) were exceptional, very helpful and I had a very easy check in and check out. The breakfast was excellent and the staff member was exceptionally professional and attentive to customer satisfaction. The apartment I had was easily accessable from parking lot, very comfortable, very quiet and had all the comforts of home. I had requested apartment that was easy in/out due to having my pet (dog), with me. The golf course is amazing and this was a good opportunity to visit and stay at the aparthotel on golf course, and would definitely be returning soonest, and hopefully able to play a round or two of golf. The free, secure parking was amazing and the aparthotel was very close to Mainz, and several walking trails. The email communication with amazing. Great place with wonderful and very courteous staff.

Our allocated non smoking apartment smelled very strongly of cigarettes. We asked to switch apartments and this involved moving our luggage for both booked apartments to a different building. The kitchen equipment was basic. No washing up liquid or tea towel was provided, just 2 dishwasher tablets. Clearly the expectation is that you eat out rather than self cater.

Nice apartments, nice place, great restaurant. Comfortable and nice landscaping due to golf court. All you need inside the apartment (go to the shop before checking in).

If you do not have a car, it's almost impossible to get any kind of shops close to the apartments. Do not lose your key after 19:00 pm... (no front desk for 24 hs).

The breakfast & dinner are so good with nice view. The staffs in restaurant are so nice. Easy to locate the hotel, and there is free-parking. The room is big & clean, with smalll balcony.

No instruction or guideline to show us how to use the machine. No phone number to be asked for the help, such as reception. No air-conditioner or fan to be available in room.

Great views with a nice balcony. Big apartment with a large bed. Dishwashing machine helps with cleaning.

Amenities were lacking - only one toilet roll, and kitchen equipment was also not sufficient. For example, no sponges or dishwashing detergent.

It is a very nice brand new apartment hotel airside the city. It’s especially good if you want to play golf. There is also a place outside to park bicycles. Parking was free.

The place is amazing! The rooms are so spacious, and very modern. The kitchenette had everything we needed for making a meal. Parking is very convenient. There is a small children park nearby. We wish we had stayed there for more than one night.
