Extremely comfortable and well appointed room. Very quiet, good work space, nice view, clean, etc. Great room. Professional staff and helpful. Buffet food for the conference was superb.

The buffet food provided for the conference was excellent, but the purchased manu food was all very bad. I don't understand why there was such a divide in quality, but the food purchased off the hotel restaurant menu was nearly inedible. Elevators were erratic in their function and the stairs were not an option when the elevators were acting up. Very expensive.

Very pleasant indeed with an atmosphere that is tranquil. The selection of breakfast is great. The staff is very welcoming and eager to assist at all times during my staff. I love vegetables in the morning an the hotel did great for me in serving veggies.

Clean, staff i general were quite friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms were always cleaned nicely. Tea and coffee very poor. Fridage empty

At check-in, there was a young receptionist who was unlike her colleagues. Quite rough on the phone. Access to lift was quite troublesome as the carkey was not fully functional.

The breakfast was okay. Don't expect pork options - maybe all was hallal. I was introduced to their almond croissants by some American tourists. They were delicious!

Nothing really except that on the last day it took a very long time and repeated requests. I'm not sure if the machine was broken or I had requested from a trainee or it was a language barrier issue.

I just fell so bad when my mother was coming to visit me but she can't come to my room because she forget her ID card, I understand, it's the hotel safety policy though, Just feel so sorry for her.

The breakfast was satisfying.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center and every time I had to take a taxi for safety reasons.

Clean, spacious Executive Suite, Friendly staff, value for money

Language barrier was my only issue, but manageable.since the staff are very warm and friendly

bed are so so confortable, large choice for breakfast.

the bathroom is so small , it will be great if there are 2 washbasin. on booking taxe are included, unfortunately we had to pay tourist taxes during our stay even if we are malagasy.

Very comfortable with really good breakfast. Spa area/ Sauna/ pool and steam room are really nice and clean.
