Nice and modern Great breakfast Wonderful staff

Our mistake, we booked ocean view room without realising it was away from the main complex, requiring us to drive there for breakfast and pool.

Amazing location, the architecture of the building was extraordinary. The shower in the bathroom was wonderful, great pressure. Room size was good given we were there for a week. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. I had an excellent massage from Amy. The food and wine were lovely.

The room wasn’t vacuumed for Five days ( I had to ask housekeeping to do it ) The thermal spa was somewhat tired and in need of maintenance. A complementary small bottle of water for each guest daily would be a suggestion as I have experienced this elsewhere and as an hotelier myself, is something we provide for our guests. Just a little simple acknowledgement to mark the fact that it was Christmas Day could have been an added touch, something inexpensive just to add to the festive experience. ( eg Chocolate on the pillow etc)

We had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a beautifully crafted 5-course meal, and every dish was a true delight. The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced, with each course leaving a lasting impression. Presentation was exceptional—every plate was visually stunning and thoughtfully prepared. The customer service was outstanding, with warm, attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. A very special thank you to her for making this wonderful experience happen. Your effort and thoughtfulness made the night truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy exquisite food and top-tier hospitality!

Reception could be more polite

Nothing major — but just noting: all meals are only served at the main building, so you may need to walk or request room service (with a small charge) Mini bar items for one felt like we are getting it for free but a small note was there, but sometine guest can get confused it's good to know at reception that mini bar items are chargeable if used.

What I am most satisfied with is that the breakfast is very rich and the hotel's breakfast time is very warm. It allows you to enjoy breakfast slowly after exercise.

I have stayed in the hotel dozens of times. This time I came to stay and ordered a simple dinner in the lobby bar. The staff told me that there were no chicken and beef burgers. I was very disappointed. I like to eat the beef burgers and chicken burgers in the lobby bar the most. I hope there will be some next time. I hope the hotel's good and popular meals can be retained. Sometimes frequent travelers really choose to frequent the hotel because of a favorite food.

Have stayed here plenty of times, it’s our go to accommodation every-time we’re down in mornington peninsula. Although it may be a little drive away from the beach fronts it’s still worth every dollar. This stay we arrived fairly late as we were coming from a dinner. The lovely staff member at reception gave us a complimentary late checkout, without me even asking! Not only is the accommodation and facilities amazing but the staff are too, true customer service that keeps us coming back. Every single staff memeber I have encountered at this resort has been nothing but lovely. Makes the stay ten times better.

I stayed at the resort for 3 nights and it was exceptional. The team at reception were so kind and friendly and looked after me so well. Special mention to ladies for making sure I had a bath in my room. During my stay I ate breakfast in the restaurant and had room service and all food was incredible. I visited One Spa twice during my stay and it was simply outstanding.. The treatments were exceptional and the team at the spa couldn’t have been more perfect if they tried. If you haven’t had a vicchy treatment of your life, I highly recommend. They looked after me so well and the treatments and service was first class. Overall my trip was amazing and I will definitely be back.

I had visited another RACV site and was happy to book RACV Cape Schanck due to that experience. The main building and its facilities were absolutely fantastic. However, if you booked the Ocean Villa rooms you unfortunately don’t get the in-room dining amenities (take away only) or the pleasure of jumping into a lift and having direct access to the facilities. Having a 4 year in 40 degree and being 34 weeks pregnant meant that we had to drive to the main building every time we wanted to use the pool, playground or have dinner. It wasn’t clear when booking that the rooms would be seperate from the main building. The room itself was fine but you could hear EVERYTHING from your upstairs neighbour if you were located on the lower level of a two storey building. Due to the fact that the facilities were great I would come back again but not book an ocean villa room.

Ocean villas being external and not clear when booking with Booking.com. Instead of charging an in-room dining fee when in the main building, charge the $5 to the external buildings so then you can deliver to those guests.

Our room was incredible with gorgeous views of the ocean. We were fortunate enough to be able to watch the sunset from our bed. The hotel treated us very well. My wife called in to arrange some surprise treats in our room as we were going for our anniversary and the hotel left us a very thoughtful card.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. The food in the restaurant, Samphire was incredible and the service was awesome.

Great views, amazing welcome by staff, great cleanliness all around, facilities were open late and early to make the most of, location is good if you're travelling around Mornington. Would definitely come back again especially during summer to experience all the facilities resort had to offer.

breakfast food was not hot to my liking. Not much range on the food, ie: fruit selection did not have varieties. A little bit of slow customer service around the restaurant. I requested for a riped banana as they only had green ones on show, staff passed me and said she'll check it however she ended up going to her station and had forgotten about it. I requested another staff and no follow up as well. I would've understand if they didn't have it available instead of just making me wait with no reply. Otherwise I only had high expectation for breakfast as reviews were amazing and consistent. Maybe I just had a bad luck with that day. Staff were still friendly at the end of the day.
