Very clean, updated facility. I am moving with two cats across country. My cats are not good travelers but they came right out when I got them settled in our room. I think the cleanliness and newer furnishings made them more comfortable than the previous night, where the furnishings hadn't been updated in a long time. The room was very pet friendly. There were no places where the cats found a way to wedge themselves out of reach. It was a very comfortable room.

Not enough light near the bed. The main light switch was by the door, with only one lamp by the bed. I like a lot of light so it would have been nice to have a second lamp.

The room was great! Most employees were very friendly. I really enjoyed the gentleman who worked graveyard! The location was perfect for the freeway, gas, and restaurants. If we go through the area again, we will definitely stay here.

The frozen food was thawed. I wanted an ice cream, but all products were melted. When I told the employees, they didn't do anything about it. That should be against the health code. Also, in the elevator, the button to go to the second floor was not working very well.

Wow. Cleanliness, property maintenance and interior design are worth noting. This is a US owned and operated property and does not fall short in delivering a full value service. The customer service, property maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities are far superior to properties owned by lesser quality franchises under Wyndham, Choice, and many more. I particularly liked the interior design and color scheme. The room layout, interior design, and extreme weather resistant construction are factors to consider when choosing this property. A sound proof building.

The location is convenient to the highway.

Very noisy. We went to bed early after a long drive and woke up later thinking someone was stomping through our room, the noise was so loud from people above (or next door?) plus a lot of noise from people in the lobby. Receptionist was very distracted (was busy watching Dateline) and wrote a non-existent room number on our key packet and the incorrect wi-fi password!

This place was amazingly clean. The bathroom was a nice size and every room has a kitchenette. The desk rolls out so you can have a table to seat two people.

We decided to check out a day early and when I asked the front desk if we could get a refund of the unused day the answer was a curt "no". Nothing like "oh I'm sorry you'll be leaving us. Is everything alright?" It also took over a week to get our $50 "incidental" deposit back.

this isn’t a big deal but I felt like the lobby had a closed of uninviting feel to it.

For being a hotel it had more then enough to accommodate my family for a longer stay.

Staff friendly. Coffee available near front desk. Place was clean.

Staff unfamiliar with community happenings. Seemed short staffed. Desk unattended for long intervals. Desk clerk had to clean rooms as well as check people in and out.

My only complaint was I wish there had been another location for guests to congregate….we wanted to use the grill but a group of workmen were there and didn’t offer to share the space when I commented we wanted to cook

The room was so inviting and we immediately were as comfortable as we are at home. The beds and pillows are always soft and warm! I slept in the BONUS recliner and I was asleep in a flash! The hubs and kids loved the stay as well. Too bad we couldn't have stayed another night, but we are considering moving to Cheyenne in the spring so i know we'll be back for the house hunt! Thank you! Everything was great. Very clean and inviting. As well as extremely comfortable.
