We received a warm welcome on arrival and were pleased with our spacious room and good in-room facilities. We had a small query about the room, and Natalie (Head of Housekeeping) went above and beyond - she personally ensured everything was working correctly by involving maintenance and proactively provided extra towels and supplies, even though we didn’t request them. She also took a genuine interest in our travels and offered fantastic recommendations for dining and exploring Cheyenne. Natalie is an absolute star and embodies the qualities of an exceptional front-of-house representative. Breakfast was another highlight, served in a large room with plenty of well-stocked options.

No complaints — everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. The hotel doesn't have a great view but is exceptionally comfortable. After a week of camping, I was grateful to have a really lovely king-sized bed. It's a convenient location; it's easy to get to anything in Cheyenne. I didn't end up swimming, but the pool looked great.

I wish there was more parking at the front of the building. There was plenty of parking, but you're likely to have to park in the back. The side entrances are a bit confusing.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've experienced. I was happy the room had a tub and plenty of hot water. There was a coffee maker with coffee and tea. Breakfast was good. My husband enjoyed the make your own waffles. There were biscuits and sausage and scrambled eggs as well. There was cereal and yogurt. It was a good selection.

To make a cup of tea I had to use the little coffee maker. The first time I used it just to heat water and the water sputtered and splattered all over. The next time I made tea I put the tea bag in the pod where the coffee goes and that worked. There was no microwave, but in the end the coffee maker did the trick.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were really good with lots of options. The fitness center was one of the better ones I've seen in any type of hotel. Treadmill, bike and even some dumbells. The pool was also very nice and clean

Unfortunately the hotel is near a railroad. Its more of a load humming noise but I'm a light sleeper so the first night was not too good. I had ear plugs the second night and slept much better.

It was off the freeway and easy to get to; like 5 minutes if that from downtown;pool was open early and closed late; the fridge was pretty big so it held snacks and drinks and we packed it full; staff was super friendly

The room smelled musty but nothing to bad to where I felt I needed to complain; the housing keeping schedule was weird or maybe I didn’t understand it , but nothing to complain about , on the weekends the breakfast goes fast but it is what it is and not a big problem

Clean. One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. Usually one look at the corners of the bathroom floor indicates how truly clean the room is. This one was cleaner than my own. It was such a good value. Breakfast was just fine - which is exceptional for a free breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were really decent. Again, high praise for a free breakfast. Like I've paid for less tasty. Comfortable. Quiet. Very very nice.

Really great for our purposes.

The pool was fun, the laundry was reasonably priced and convenient, and the staff was great to exchange my dollars for coins. We had fun family time in the gym and it even had cold water in the cooler for us! The decor was beautiful and the room was great and the TV so clear. The breakfast had fewer choices than usual but it was good. Beautiful place and we would totally recommend people to stay there. We would stay again if ever in town again.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! Always helpful and willing to make our situation for visiting the best they could given the circumstances. Very thankful this is where we stayed and we will be booking here over anywhere else.

The cleaning staff was not very friendly AND the bathroom in our room was dirty when we arrived (toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom and hair and stuff in the bath tub)

"Mel" at the evening front desk was very helpful getting me checked in. When a bad winter storm just as I checked in, she had all the info I needed to monitor road conditions. And when I requested an extension because of the storm, the day shift front desk ladies were more more happy to oblige.

The room was clean and comfy. Slept very well. Additionally, there were restaurants within walking distance. Always nice to be able to walk to dinner after a long day of driving. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, fuel stations, etc.

Honestly, everything was fine. I really don't have any items that were unpleasant or distasteful.
