First time at Super 8, and it felt more like a Hampton Inn (room-wise). We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and modern the Queen bedroom was. We arrived around 10 pm and were greeted by a friendly receptionist - Cindy. I forgot to ask for a quiet room but was given room 302, and it was tucked away in the corner, away from the other rooms. Everything was clean, and the bed felt comfortable. TV was of decent size with many channels. Free wifi was fast without issues. Lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. There was a dedicated workspace and a microwave which we didn’t use. Breakfast was meh..but I didn’t even expect any complimentary breakfast, given the price paid for the room. Plenty of parking spaces (easy to navigate for a truck/trailer) at the hotel.

My only minor complaint was the AC - we left it on Auto (to save the planet), but it didn’t seem to be cooling down the room fast enough. I know others mentioned the train noises, but as a light sleeper, that didn’t wake me up (the garbage truck at 4 am for the hotel next door did.

Although it was an older hotel, they kept it nicely. All receptionists were cheery and helpful, especially Cindy when we checked in, and Brian who worked mornings. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great. There were plenty of outlets in the lamps to help charge electronics. The shower was very nice, and had great grab bars. The location is perfect, close to the interstate and to the downtown area in Cheyenne

It would have been nice if they had a pool

Last stop on our road trip, returning to Denver. 2 nights to chill and find out a bit about Cheyenne. The staff were very helpful and although super 8 is considered a budget motel, we had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean.

Just a little too far out of town to walk in. So we got an Uber which worked well.

The beds were super comfy and had good pillow variety.

The breakfast area was so crowded we could barely see what was on offer. Once we got closer it appeared that there were only simple carbs: sugary cereal, toast, bagels, oatmeal. Since there was no protein on offer we opted to go out for breakfast at a diner instead.

I love the staff they're very helpful and friendly.

I wish there was more options at breakfast or maybe dinner options would be cool to see or have as an option ?!?

Our room was clean. It was a good stop for us to be able to catch up on sleep before driving again. There was a good amount of parking.

The stairwell smelled strongly of cigarettes. The parking lot blends into the next-door hotel.

Room was great, breakfast was good, the lady working and cleaning the dining area was so helpful, friendly and done an excellent job sanitizing and keep the place clean.

Left one of my shirts there on the back of the bathroom door and when I called I was told they couldn’t find it and it wasn’t in lost and found.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and bed was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was really disappointing. They only offer 2 choices of cold cereal, toast or bagel and hard boiled eggs (that you have to peel yourself)

Cindy who works at the front desk was helpful and kind. Great customer service and hospitality was wonderful. The room was clean and really nice. We will be back on our next trip.

We liked it so much we stopped their twice on our way out to Washington and back. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Good value
