Beds are comfy. Pool and hot tub were good, although pool.could.of been warmer.

Not enuf at breakfast. No yogurt. Potatoes weren't cooked all the way. No pancakes. Just didn't have all the things other Holiday Inns have for breakfast.

Jamar and Edith made the stay worth while. Their customer service was excellent. The all around look of the building and our room exceeded expectations!

Location could have been better and the pool area needs updating! Pool towels are very small and rough! Bugs around an inside pool and paint is chipping.

Breakfast was excellent. There were many choices. They provided personal hygiene when asked. The bed was comfortable and there were more than enough pillows. The staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we entered and left the hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and well stocked. The location is close to so much.

The elevator was having troubles. But, even with that, the staff helped to make sure everyone was able to use it.

There was a bit of an issue with booking however the staff that was there that night helped me out before the wife would become upset 😅 he went above and beyond to solve the room issue!

Nice comfortable room and easy access

Clerk at Chek in was not very responsive to needs. Tile at front door was very slick. The 2 lady's at front desk in the morning were wonderful and helpful making reservations at our next stay.

Very polite and well dressed clerk when we checked in. Very clean and accommodating room, Nice breakfast.

Convenient location with fuel and restaurants close by. We received a discount on our meal by showing our room key.

Breakfast was good, front desk personnel was excellent help and brought a joy to be greeted as one would
