The staff was always so friendly and helpful. We stayed here Wednesday & Thursday night last week, then again Sunday night this week & the staff remembered us & greeted us like we were old friends. The rooms were very nice & comfortable. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again if in the area again.

When we stayed 6/11-6/13, the hot tub jets weren't working, but they were trying to get it fixed. When we returned 6/15-6/16, the tub fixure needed a little work (we forgot to tell them before we left). The tub spout was sealed with what looked like clear sealant instead of adhesive, so it was coming loose

The customer service is at the top. When we arrived we were greeted by smiling clerks, who handed us a bag with a horseshoe ornament attached shock had bottles of water, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, lip conditioner, a clear bag to carry it all to the Cheyenne Frontier Days. They also offered a shuttle to and from frontier days! We haven’t seen that kind of service in many years. We have told everyone how that made our trip. Not having ever been to CFD we had no idea where to park if we drove, so the shuttle was also a wonderful surprise! Thank you to everyone who had input.

Very new. Quiet room. Good breakfast. Nice infused water and cookies in lobby.

Front desk gave us our keys, then we grabbed dinner. Finally got to our room and there were other people there. Luckily we hadn’t unpacked- but we were tired. So we had to wait in line at the front desk to get a new room assignment. Not sure if this particular staff member knew how it happened, maybe she was new?

It was close to my daughter. Only hotel on east side of cheyenne. Nice location, right off of I-80. Very clean, with excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. It was very quite, even with a bunch of High schoolers staying there. Front desk ladys very nice and polite. A little pricey, but I would stay again and try the pool.

Nothing really, main floor would have been nice, but with elevator, not a problem at all.

Breakfast was so good and replenished as people needed more. No empty bowls or serving plates. Room, bathroom and sleeping area very clean. Bed was comfortable. Slept deeply because it was so quiet!

There needed to be more parking spaces for people to be able to see their car from the room window.

We received a phone call from the staff informing us of tornado warnings and the loss of power at the facility. So they gave us a rate adjustment to the due to the delay of checking in and not having the room available which was originally booked.

Had to accept a smaller room. Our only disappointment and sadness was having to see indigent people living out of their vehicles across the road from the facility.

The best roadside hotel we've ever been to. Management at the highest level. Cozy, carefully cleaned room, excellent swimming pool and Jacuzzi with hot water. The breakfast is simply excellent, the chef constantly monitors the availability of dishes in abundance. Pleasant staff greets guests in the lobby, and also offers hot cider or cold lemonade to your taste. The stop was unplanned, the trip was work-related. Therefore, it was even more pleasant to spend such a wonderful holiday in this hotel.

Breakfast was as expected. The location was conveniently located close to the highway but far enough out of town to not be in the thick of things. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size.

The hot tub was not in use which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. We were disappointed that we were unable to use it as we look forward to relaxing in one after many hours of sitting in the car.

The location was good. Breakfast was decent.

The shower in the disability room was not very user friendly. Had a hard time getting the shower heads situated without getting water all over the floor. Soaked a couple of towels before getting it situated correctly.

I asked for a handicap accessible room and was give a bathroom that did not accommodate a a partially paralyzed individual. Paralysis means some part doesn't work. In our case the right side. see below
